Tyre
By developing a contemporary design born from the narrative of the site and re-inspiration of the modern aesthetic.
Relaxed minds and green architecture is among fundamentals elements in delivering a new food courts at tyre, Lebanon.
The concept is to create a new landmark of food court that is offering a balance between contemporary design and complemented with a green architecture and relaxing environment.

Iconic cityTyre is an ancient Phoenician city and the legendary birthplace of Europa and Dido (Elissa). Today it is the fourth largest city in Lebanon and houses one of the nation's major ports. Tourism is a major industry. The city has a number of ancient sites, including its Roman Hippodrome which was added to UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites in 1979.
ObjectiveTo enhance and promote food tourism industry while creating a memorable outdoor and indoor eating experience.The project offers a constant chill out activities and complement event existing attraction. The design also become an interesting new element to the city with more presentable and an international design quality.

Food Courts,
The beton blocks is used for the restaurants services ( kitchens, storages and bathrooms ) while the food courts is enclosed with glass windows that provide a view to the open space inside the building. wich we designed to be a public space and outdoor sets in the project. also include the project escalators.
Ground floor consist of three restaurants.First floor consist of two restaurants and children play area.Second floor consist of two restaurants that sharing a big terrace.
In each floor there is three restaurants, with areas can accommodate (50-80-100) person.

The project is a three-storey building with 510 m exploitation per flooreach plan is divided into three masses.
The elevations concept reflects the idea of the plans ( ranging between volume and space ) so we can see a big solid volumes "services area" also the glass facades of the restaurants.
We can notice that we focused on two main elevations thats located on the cross of the streets.
We decorate the main entrance elevation with mosaic that extend to the top of the stair case to improve the entrance and give the building an orintal identity.
