INTERNATIONAL FOLK MUSIC AND DANCE FESTIVAL

INTRODUCTION: FOLK MUSIC FESTIVAL OUTLINE

The aim of this proposal is to giving reasons to persuade the committee why my town should host the next International Folk Music Festival.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT FACILITIES.

Such a big celebration as it is the Folk Festival should be carried out in a town that fulfill the accommodation and transport requirements. In this sense there is a wide variety of possibilities to choose: from the cheapest, but comfortable hostels, to a luxury chance of some of the best hotels in the area.

Moving around the area is not going to be a problem. Apart from bus, railway and train services you could rely on our fleet of taxis and private drivers as well.

CONCERT VENUES AND LEISURE ACTIVIES.

As far as the performance is concerned, some of the best folk bands would be invited. In fact we have already come into an agreement with some of the best players of the area. It would also be a good chance for new local bands to be on the scenery.

Apart from the concert venues, participant would also enjoy any some other activities such as dancing lessons or an instrument market. . I would personally recommend the folk music exposition with instruments and information about Folk music history.

Not this abut also some leisure activities would be prepared for kids in order to let them enjoy the venue too.

CONCLUSION

For all of the reasons I explained above I urge you to consider my town as the appropriate host for the next Folk Music and Dance event.
