We would like to take an opportunity to introduce ourselves as the Governments own courier, mass-mailing center having more than 873 centers in India covered by Speed Post. Being a well-knit organization of more than 150,000 post offices, we have the infrastructure to offer a reliable service.

Recent times have seen mushrooming of numerous couriers, which are unorganized and lack the infrastructure to provide reliable service. Due to lack of infrastructure support, in case of private couriers, the letters entrusted to them change through many hands from one courier to other before reaching the destination. Hence the chances of less and delivery to improper person are very often. On the other hand, the letters carried by us change hands under regulatory authority, thus eliminating any chances of loss.

Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention to the advantages, as given under, that you derive on availing our services.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

If the delivery norms are not met, charges will be refunded. In case of loss or damage, the compensation is limited to Rs.500/- or actual value of parcel lost/damaged, whichever is less. If it is insured, only the insured amount is payable.

Business Post offers total solutions for the business users by providing tailor made services it provides value addition services offered by the post in the form of collection, inserting, addressing, sealing, franking and dispatching. We undertake:

Collection of articles/ mailing materials, Insertion & gumming of the envelops and addressing/ address pasting of envelops.

Special sorting and dispatch of articles:

You can avail of all or any of the above services; we will provide you with a customized plan to suit you

need.

This service is reliable and guaranteed as our officials personally supervise the pre-mailing activities thus ensuring fast & responsible dispatch of you mail, including all you import mail. In addition to normal postage you will have to pay following service charges as per mailing activities. For Business Post facility you will have to give advance payment by DD/ Cheque drawn in favor of Post Master, Andheri HPO, Mumbai 400053.
