Mr. Fred RussellCounty AdministratorCity of Augusta530 Greene Street - Room 801Augusta, GA 30911Re: Program Management for the Capital Improvements PlanExtension of the Time Spent AgreementDear Mr. Russell:According to Amendment #3 to our contract, the contract is to end on July 31, 2013.This was based on the assumption that Webster Phase II and the Municipal BuildingRenovations and Modernization projects would be completed and closed out by July2013.However due to the law suit and questions regarding the use of ConstructionManagement at Risk services for county projects, the Municipal Building was delayedfor a year pushing the completion date for the Municipal Building out until February of2015. A Trustee Dormitory was added to Webster Phase II which pushed out thecompletion date to February 2014. In addition, the Operations and Maintenance Facilityfor Augusta Transit has been added to Heery's scope and this project will not becompleted until the second quarter of 2014.
