MARKETING PROPOSAL 2011
MISSION STATEMENT
This marketing proposal is designed to help Q Las Solution to futher develop new business opportunities specifically in promoting various computer products such as laptops, printers, pen drives, etc. and services. This proposal will help the sales and marketing department in achieving their key result areas.
The main focus of the proposal are aimed to create and impart brand awareness not only to civil sector thus includes the private market niche. It is a practical and down-to-earth proposal that will give affects to Q Las Solution revenue throughout the last quarter for the year 2011.
OBJECTIVES
To uplift the image of Q Las Solution and its respective IT Garden
To convert the Q Las Solution to a newly improved and ideal spot as a prestige service provider in the heart of UUM Sintok and Changlun, Kedah
Rebranding of the Q Las Solution as a service hot spot whilst changing the IT Garden into a One-Stop-Prestige Centre not only for services but also for computer gadgets and peripherals plus as the main authorized laptop dealer or seller in UUM, Sintok and Changlun
‘Detoxify’ bad corporate image and provide a new and better platform for organizational growth and development

METHODOLOGY
1. Identifying the right organization and market niche for Sentosa Plaza and Sentosa Tower.
2. Deliverables through appointments, telephone calls, faxes and emails.
3. Promotional activities – Bowling and Futsal competition for government bodies (ie. school, departments, etc.), Liaise with TELCO for promotions on telecommunication gadgets (ie. CELCOM great deals, etc) or promotional rental fees for first six months or less (whichever is applicable), and Organize Educational Fair / Book Fair / Great IT Fair.
