ABSTRACT
The main objective of the study is to examine the relationship between Technology
Acceptance Model (TAM) and Employees’ ob !erformance at "nstitut #atihan !erindustrian
$ota %amarahan ("#!$%)& %arawa' Technology Acceptance Model in this study consist two
elements such as& !erceived sefulness and !erceived Ease of se Technology Acceptance
Model has been developed by previous researchers& *avis (+,-,) which consists of !erceived
sefulness& !erceived Ease of se& and !erceived "ntended of se in the study To measure
the level of employees’ job performance& are divided into two which are tas' performance
and contextual performance form the researches using .orman and Motowildo’s Theory
(+,,/) The total population on this study is 01 and that will distributed to supported staff
and the sample si2e will be 345 "n this study& no sampling techni6ue is applied because
everyone in the population used as the sample 7census8 This is because the researcher wants
to ta'e whole population to be the respondents for this study Therefore& the data will be
analyse using %!%% version 411 and hypothesis will be tested in this study

awareness is very importance or essential& especially in increasing the employee’s
performance Therefore& this study is attended to investigate the relationship of usersH
