NOTE: All the subjects of the Better Process Control
School will be covered except for Hydrostatic Retorts
which are not used in this geographical region.
Sessions end on Thursday February 21, 2013 at
approximately about 6:00 pm.

TARGET GROUP:
Container Closure Inspectors for low-acid and
acidified canned foods.
Food Industry, Quality Control Managers etc. will
also benefit.
OBJECTIVE:
low acid and acidified food as required in Jamaican
and International regulations.
Successful completion of the course would assist
processors in complying with the US Food and Drug
Administrations (FDA) and US Department of
Agricultures (USDA) low-acid canned food and
acidified food regulations.
INSTRUCTORS:
Instructors for the School are drawn from industry and
consultants to the food industry.
VENUE:
International Convention Center
REGISTRATION:
Fee US$ 250 or GUY $50,000.00
Deposit 75% of the registration fee (due October 31,
2013; balance due February 10, 2013)
Early registration is urged (there is a limit on the class
size and the course will be cancelled if there are
insufficient numbers of registrants).

Ministry of Agriculture Accounts Department
An application form is to be filled out in
respect of each registrant.
Early registration is advised.
Textbooks will be available to early registrants pri-
or to attending the course.
Refunds (less the cost of the
textbook) will only be available if the
course is cancelled.
