As a company we are looking for the best way to maximize our investment in the job boards
By using FOX we can take advantage of slots with Dice/Monster to manage and rotate multiple Jobs through the slots
Responses will be automatically added to FOX– Gives us a fresh pool of candidates to search in FOX
and saves you time by adding the candidates.

Allocate and Maximize External Job Board Postings– Slots are available on External Job Boards (parking spots)– Jobs will be posted and managed through FOX– Auto close - set limits on days posted and responses– Number of slots are allocated to each branch– Responses automatically captured in FOX

Each Job will have an External Job Board Postings table below the job description.
Before posting, edit the job and create a job description that will attract top notch candidates.
Click Edit to post the job to the appropriate board.

Slug Postings
A slug is a slot that is not currently being used by a branch.
You can use a slug slot until the branch that owns the spot requests a posting. At that time, your posting will be bumped if there are no more slots available.
You will be notified when the job has been removed from posting via email.– The job will post to the next available slot until the
limits are met (Max Days/Max Responses).

Shows how many times the job was posted and
the reason the posting ended.

Renewing or Changing a Posting
Edit the job to make changes to your job description or title.
Edit the posting to reset # of days and responses needed.
Changes and new postings will be updated on External Job Board throughout the day.

Candidates Responses
Email Notifications are sent when a candidate responds to the posting. They will be sent to those selected as job board recipients in FOX.
Candidates will automatically be added to FOX and attached to the job!
Click on the number of total responses on the job to see the list of candidates.

You can also see the candidates who responded to the posting by clicking on the link “Show job board submittals” on the Job.

Candidate Responses
External Job Board Candidates Folder – the candidate will automatically be added to FOX and placed in the magic folder.

Automatically Adding Candidates to FOX
Only one candidate record will be created– Candidates are identified by their email address so
duplicates will not be added.
Candidate that already exists in FOX – Updates the resume from the external job board (if more
than 3 months old) and attaches the candidate to the job as a job board submittal.
View the jobs that the candidate responded to by clicking on the link “Show job board submittals” on the Candidate Detail page.
New candidates added to FOX and resumes updated for existing candidates will be tracked based on the owner of the job.

Adding Candidates from Searching Dice and Monster
Use your current Dice/Monster logon to search resumes.
Send candidates to [email protected] and to [email protected].
The automated process will add the candidate to FOX and credit you for the new candidate.
If the candidate exists in FOX, the resume will be updated if the current resume is more than 3 months old.

Check your FOX Setup to ensure that it lists the correct information:– Email address must be a COMSYS account and match what
is being used in the mining process.
– Your Monster ID must be listed in order for you to receive proper credit.

Other Stuff
FOX has been updated to help create candidates received from other sources: – Resumes sent from other sources as an email attachment
will generate an email with a link to the Add Candidate page.
– The resume will be inserted and parsed in an attempt to complete the contact fields.
Resumes sent from other sources embedded in the email will not be accepted by the auto process.
Your email should not be listed in FOX vendor or company contact records. If so, you run the risk of the auto process not crediting you for candidate adds.
