Although we are in our 14th year and the leading conference in our sector, we do not take any interest in AHIC for granted. My team and I greatly value your commitment to the hospitality industry and this market shaping community.

The next AHIC has an incredible and unique excitement around it. After dedicating over a decade to successfully connecting everyone in the industry, we are now enhancing AHIC so that you may extract even more value from your current and future relationships.

In 2018, we’re building a custom venue known as “AHIC Village” on the shoreline of The Waldorf Astoria in RAK. This commitment will allow our community to take full advantage of this year’s theme.

Focus.It will be here, away from the day to day routines of our offices, that we will be able to focus on the topics and relationships that move our industry forward. The venue has been optimised for audience members to absorb the stage sessions, networkers to connect in free flowing spaces and dealmakers to retreat to private areas for face to face discussions.

Last year alone, over half of our surveyed attendees left with over $100,000 USD in new business opportunities and for nearly one in five, it was over $1m USD. Everything Ras Al Khaimah has to offer, from the highest mountain peak, to the depths of the sea and everywhere in between, made it the perfect location to enhance the AHIC experience within an authentic cultural setting.

2018 will see the first AHIC-KSA which will be an invitation only, one-day event held at the Riyadh Marriott Hotel on the 26th of February organised by AHIC and hosted by Dur Hospitality.

The hospitality and tourism industries have been pinpointed by the government of Saudi Arabia as key drivers for growth in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 economic diversification strategy. Subsequently the sector is attracting significant interest and AHIC-KSA aims to shed light on where the opportunities are for investors, developers and operators. The event will bring together the public and private sector as well as industry leaders from throughout the region. This event will only be open to a select group of AHIC supporters and industry leaders.
