PERSONAL PROFILE

Cooking fresh food in public inspires me. I love participating in cooking demonstrations which are interactive methods of

sending the message of preparing fresh food across to a cross section of people. I have participated in local and

international food festivals, across the world and was instrumental in setting upwww.sanjayskitchen.co.uk, in Cornwall.

Cooking Live, gives me the inspiration to connect with the public and make the process as instinctive, spontaneous and

interesting as possible.
