1-0 INTRODUCTION
Between Mayl/2003 and Aug 1/2004 general prospecting and geological mapping and rock sampling was conducted on the Worthington Bay Property. Flagged travers, lines, creek beds. Lake shores, and existing hicking trails were used for controlled mapping and prospecting. The purpose of the work was to find gold mineralization. Emphasis was on finding gold in a disciminated sulfide enviroment along contact areas, faults and sheer zones, and felsic intrusives and alteration zones. Quartz veining was checked for high grade gold mineralization as this is quite comman inthe Schreiber area.
LOCATION AND ACCESS
The Worthington Bay Property is located in Priske Township G-0631 N.T.S. -D-14-S.E The property lies approx. 4k south of the town of Schreiber and 1 k north of Lake Superior. The property is accessable by an old bush road (( The Worthington Bay Road)) From Flwy. 17 to Worthington Bay approx. 6k and then on a walking trail that will take you west for approx. 1.6k to the property. The Worthington Bay road is only passable by 4 wheel drive and is best in dry weather and part of the walking trail is accessible by 4 wheel bike. This property is within a short distance of the Towns of Schreiber and Terrace Bay which can supply most needs for exploration and develop ment.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Worthington Bay property consists of 1 unpatented mining claim 4units 64 hectares. Recorded in good standing in Thunder Bay Mining Division with in Priske Township G-0631.

GENERAL GEOLOGY
3-0 The study area is underlain dominantly by neoarchean rocks of theWawa and Quetico structural subprovinces, volcano- plutonic rocks of the Wawa subprovince consists of supracrustal rocks of the Schreiber-Hemlo Greenstone Belt and grantoid intrusions. The Quetico subprovince is dominated by metasedimentary and derived metamorphic rocks whose regional metamorphic grade ranges up to granulate faces. The Schreiber lithotectonic assemblage comprises the western segment of the neoarchean Schreiber-Hemlo Greenstone Belt of the Wawa subprovince (Williams et al. 1991). It consists of a number of narrow arcuate segments of supracrustal rocks that are bounded and enclosed by granitoid bodies. Regional metamorphic grade ranges from upper geenschist facies to middle to upper amphibolite facies near granitoid contacts. Massive granite to granodiorite intrusions comprise a more volumous and perhaps more influnential suit of rocks within and adjacent to the Schreiber assemblage
ECONOMIC GEOLOGY
Volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) zinc-copper-silver mineralization accured in the bimodal, subqueous volcanic succession at the Winston Lake Mine. The host rocks consist of mafic flows and felic pyroclastic rocks
3-0 Closely related to VMS deposits, oxide- and sulphide-facies banded iron formations locally occur within both volcanic and sedimentary succession, but have limited lateral and verticl estent. Magnetite, pyrrhotite are intercalated with chert, wacke or pelite Study of the morley pyrite deposit, 3 km south of Schreiber by Schnieders(1978) and Fralick et al. (1989) suggested that massive sulfide percipitation resulted both from the venting of hydrothermnal fluids and the activity of deep-water, organic mats
3-0 Gold occurrences in the Schreiber area (Smyk and Schnieders 1995), while commonly hosted by discrete, local structures have no discernable association with major deformation zones They are spatially and perhaps genetically, related to felsic intrusive rocks on a variety of scales. The majority of known accurrences are quartz vein-hosted, narrow, high- grade deposits which have collectively produced several thousand ounces of gold However auriferous, disseminated sulfide deposits, especially those in and near porphyries possess the potential for larger lower-grade mineralized zones

PROSPECTING AND GEOLOGICAL MAPPING
Prospecting and geological mapping was done on approx. 1/5 of the Worthington Bay Property with emphasis on finding gold mineralization in felsic intrusive rocks with descimminated sulfides. The area prospected was also checked for sulfide mineral ization along contacts, faults and sheer zones. We the prospector have located a number of porpheritic granites and porpheritic synites with a very small amount of sulfides. A few scattered 1" to 2" wide quartz veins were found that carried visible amounts of chalcopyrite and molybenite. In places the granitic rocks have 2-396 magnetite and 1/4 96 pyrrhotite. Calsite and carbinite alteration is light to medium in most rock, out crop in the area prospected is approx. 10 to 300x6 with the higher Ok on the ridges and hill sides.
r ̂Q WORK DONE ON THE WORTHINGTON BAY PROPERTY
The property consists of 1 unpatented mining claim recorded in good standing in Thunder Bay Mining Division with in Priske Township G-0631
Claim Number Units3000962 4 ,- -\
WORK COMPLETED
A total of 8 man days where used for prospecting, geological mapping and rock sampling on the Worthington Bay Property.
A- All travers lines where flagged with orange tape.
B- Rock sampling was done on mineralized outcrop and to the sides of travers lines geological mapping was done at the same time.
C- A number of small areas were hand stripped all sampling and hand stripping was done with a long handled hoe hammer geo. tool.
D- A total of 1 4 samples were taken and assayed.
E- Claim lines, trailes, creeks, and topographic features were used for control mapping and prospecting.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS
A total of 14 rock samples were taken on the property only a small part of the property was prospected and geologicaly mapped.
We the prospectors find the property very interesting and encourging due to the felsic porpheritic intrusive rocks. The light sulfide mineralization and the light to medium alteration. Also the calcopyrite and molydinum in quartz veins. Assays of 150 ppb au. and 2764 ppm. cu. were obtained from the minimul amount of sampling done. We the prospectors feel that the property has good potentical for enhanced gold mineralization in and along the contacts of the felsic intrusive rocks.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Due to the anomilous au. cu. numbers in assays and the porpheritic nature of the intrusive rocks. The light to medium alteration hallows . It is recommended that more prospecting and geological mapping be done on this property in future. If this work uncovered a zone of enhanced au. cu. mineralization then a more enhanced exploration program could be initiated.
