Counting from the topCounting from the top of the pile, enabled us to realize all the applications here displayed.The mechanical counting head, realized on DUAL SYSTEM technology, is based on twin aspiration plates. Counting is not done through optical devices or statistical calculations, instead sheets are physically counted one by one.DUAL SYSTEM is the unique counting head to count from the top downwards enabling PACK MOVER to automatically pick the counted reams.

Additional advantages1- The counting head can support a wide range of sheets weights (from 40GSM to 800GSM*)2- Curling up of corners, a typical problem with traditional sheet counter machines (especially with paper over 100GSM) is elimi-nated or extremely reduced. 3-Marks, scratches or signs of ink on recent prints are practically imperceptible or extremely reduced if compared to traditional sheet counting systems. 4-Changeover between different material weights is performed quickly and easily by manually removing the small plastic plates.

PACK MOVER LINE allows sheets counting directly from the pile eliminating the load /unload problem typical of traditional counters.The input pile is automatically aligned to the counting head. It is the latest evolution of PROTEC line, physically counting the sheets one by one with the versatility, precision and reliability of DUAL SYSTEM. technology. All PACK MOVERs count directly from the pile and pick the counted pack to lay it on a conveyor. They may automatically feed the following in line steps: cutting, binding and packaging. Or they can perform additional tasks, such as optical verifications, insertion of front and back cover, saddle stitching, and film wrapping. It is the ideal solution for those needing to count and batch big quantities of sheets to be finished or packaged.

PACK MOVER CS From pile 50X70 cm, is the machine of PACK MOVER line that counts the sheets, picks the counted pack and then inspects the upper sheet by otptical sensors to provide security counting. On delivery, the packs are laid on a pile alternately staggering them to facilitate pick up.

PACK MOVER LP 50/70. low pile with an outfeed conveyor to feed further processing of the counted packs. Makes it possible to save time, money and increase production volumes avoiding several manual activities. A very flexible machine, to feed a varitey of finishing lines. This model include the folding device.

PROTEC PACK MOVER A4 (A3+)AUTOMATIC REAMS PRODUCTION FROM THE PILE

PRODUCTION PACK MOVER A4 takes in an inlet pile of A5-A4* sheets and may be supplied also for A3 size. It counts and divides the pile into packs of programmed quantity then laid on an oufeed convyeor. Ideal to feed note pads production or packaging units.AFTER CUTTING!With PACK MOVER A4 be delivered from long counting operations or handling of big size reams. It is now possible to cut striaght away to size and then load the piles on PACK MOVER A4 ready for counting and batching. NO CORNER DEFORMATION!Thanks to the innovative technology DUAL SYSTEM counting by a double aspirating blade, the counter corner wont be deformed nor scratched. IN LINEThe sheets inlet and outlet levels are the same, for a perfect use of the equipment in line with the cutting and the finishing stations. The motorized pre-loading platform enables pile loading without machine stop. As soon as the counting ends, the equipment is ready for the pile just loaded. How it works the Pack Mover A4.PACK MOVER A4 is equipped with a counting station and a preloading platform working without machine stop. Programmed by few touches on the graphical touch screen panel, the pile is loaded onto the motorized pre-loading platform. As soon as counting ends it is possible to process the pile just pre-loaded. Finally, the packs counted by the DUAL SYSTEM head are placed on the outfeed conveyor by a grippers system. For a perfect integration of the machine in line, the inlet level and packs outlet level are coincident.

Concept.This new counter of PACK MOVER line is designed to work beside the guillotine for a rapid and effective product flow. Instead of restacking the trimmed reams, the guillotine operator make them shift into the inlet of the automatic counter on air surfaces. PACK MOVER LP counts and splits them into packs ready for packaging.

Counting and Folding.PACK MOVER LP automatically splits the inlet pack into batches of preset quantity.It then impresses a central folding on the counted pack and lays it on a conveyor ready for packaging. If not required, the machine can be delivered also without the folding unit.

Benefit.It is not necessary to restack the trimmed / cut reams, instead they are moved directly to the counting. No need for pile handling. Naturally, PACK MOVER LP can be used independently from a guillotine station, the operator load-ing the reams into the machine.Counting is done without curling nor scratching the sheets thanks to the original DUAL SYSTEM technology..

Machine working process description.

The pack of approx 12/15 cm sheets freshly jogged and cut into the guillotine is moved by the operator on the blowing inlet platform of PACK MOVER LP. The displacement is done easily on blowing surfaces at the same level.The loaded platform rises automatically to the counting head and the counting starts. Upon reaching the programmed number of sheets the counted pack is drawn on the folding platform.The folded pack is laid on the output surface by a set of grippers. Optionally is possible the delivery on outlet stacker.

How does PACK MOVER CS work.- The sheets pile, placed on a pallet, is loaded on the PACK MOVER CS elevator. -The Pile Straightener System at entry automatically jogs the pile and aligns it to the counting head. - The counting head counts the programmed sheets quantity and a pneumatic grippers system picks the counted pack and lays it on a conveyor belt.- Optical barcode scanners perform programmed verification on the top sheet for a security check.- Having passed the verifications, the pack is placed on the output pile alternately staggered to facilitate pick up. - In the meantime, the counting head has already started counting a new pack.
