Customers who use Kazoo’s Rewards and Recognition platform experience a wide variety of benefits, both quantifiable and observed. Concerns regarding employee engagement and communication were a significant driver in the majority of purchases, and Kazoo impacted engagement across the board. Companies with inconsistently applied rewards programs experienced the greatest cost and time savings for both HR and individual managers. Kazoo helped them quickly implement company-wide recognition programs. And once Kazoo was in place, participation in both peer-to-peer recognition and other company programs skyrocketed. Finally, as Kazoo becomes more deeply ingrained in the company culture, strategic goals are also impacted.
