Prioritization of Key Organizational Work – What was the Process?

• SLT has been reviewing current and future work that has a broad organizational impact

• Last September, leadership agreed to the processes and recommendations from the Priority Setting Committee

• Priority Setting Committee presented their recommendations on the rank order of year 1 strategic work and clinical priorities to SLT in November

Key Organizational Work – What was the Decision?

• Based on the capacity of clinical programs and corporate support areas, SLT determined which work the organization will mobilize resources to complete.

• Other/new work on hold until there is capacity in the organization

• “List” of organizational work not set in stone – there will be the need to be flexible and adaptable as the external environment changes
