(a) The storage system is for storage and easy retrieval of three types of following Aerials (i) 10 mtr length of Aerials -50 Nos. (ii) 7.3 mtr length of Aerials-50 Nos. (iii) 6 mtr length of Aerials-50 Nos
(b) It should have 4 modules of chain sprocket mechanism to support the entire length of antennas
(c) Suitable chain sprocket mechanism with reduction gear box and Motor to be employed for driving the system that makes the storage and retrieval of aerial easier
(d) Each aerial to be provided with a storage location
(e) Each location to be numbered to facilitate ease of identification and retrieval
(f) Push button control to be employed for accessing the desired storage location for storage/ retrieval of antenna

(iv) Antenna testing platform with ATE ;-
1. Antenna Testing Platform:- The Antenna
testing platform is to designed and manufactured
to meet the following requirements :-
(a) Platform capability - Should be able to
position for testing any of the following three sizes
of whip aerials :-
(i) 10 mtr length
(ii) 7.3 mtr length
(iii) 6 mtr length
(b) Platform movement: -
(i) Horizontal (Initial position while fitment of
antenna ) to vertical hoisting (ffinal test
position ) using winch arrangement with electic
motor.
(ii) Capable to move in all three planes
(iii) All movements to be controlled through
antenna Testing Equipment software.
(c) Handling capacity :-
(i) Maximum length of antenna is 10 m
(whip aerial)
(ii) Maximum weight of Antenna - 100Kg
(d) Position control - Sperical Mount resolution
(e) Long Range Alogment – Preferably laser

(f) On the platform a rigid bracket is to be
mounted with a hinge pin.
(g) A universal flange to be provided to position
any of the three sizes of the antenna.

accommodate three different size of antenna

rope arrangement to be made for handling the
antennas.

positioning the Antenna under test at desired

2. Antenna Testing Equipment (ATE) :-
ATE set up constitutes a vector network
Analyser and a Broadband Amplifier which
together can generate a power of 250w from
100KHz to 400 MHz.

(v) 1. Electronic Bay Equipment
(a) ESD Work station:- (i)Description: Antistatic work bench for safe working on ESD PCBs and components conforms to IEC 61340-5-1:2007 or ANSI/ESDS20.20-2007 test standards.
(ii) Approximate size of table: (L) 1500 mm x D 750 mm x (H) 800 mm
(iii) Construction: High quality CRCA MS steel, “C” channel of about 35 x 45 x 35 x 2.5 mm welded rugged construction to bear uniformly divided load of about 1000 Kgs. Provision of foot rest.

22 Pre-Qualification / Eligibility criteria: 1. Reputed firms who have experience in carrying out similar nature of works and are preferably registered with any unit under Ministry of Defence are only to apply and furnish the following:-
(a) Proof of Registration for e-Tendering with “ITI Limited” on www.tenderwizard.com/DGNPV. (b) Only OEM / authorised dealers may apply. OEM/authorized dealer certificate may be
enclosed. (c) Certificate from the OEM to undertake AMC after expiry of warranty period OR certificate from the dealer to undertake AMC after expiry of warranty period with authority from the OEM. (d) Technical details with brochures / catalogues in respect of make/model of the equipment offered.. (e) Copies of work orders for the similar works executed with proof of satisfactory completion from clients. 2. The application is to be accompanied by a Bank draft of ` 500/- from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Director General Naval Project, Visakhapatnam towards cost of tender documents.
