1. Rationale
This academic paper focuses on the happiness and satisfaction of a branch manager.
To further understand this, strategies and ways of handling the company will be dealt
with. The type of company that has chosen is a beauty line and cosmetics company. The
purpose of this study is to know and explore how satisfaction and happiness
contributed to the success of the company. As well as the ways or strategies the branch
manager used to achieve the happiness and satisfaction she wanted.

2.2Measure
The study is qualitative. It does not employ any statistical procedure for the data analysis.
3. Discussion
The information gathered implies that happiness and satisfaction of an employer is
just a result of having a good and healthy relationship with the employees. To have a
healthy and good relationship is the main foundation of having a successful
company. Ambrose (2001) defines that employees work satisfactorily if they are
able to express themselves openly to their employer. It is also said that your
employers are the ones significant because they are the one who works for you and
If they dont perform well there will be less satisfaction in the end.
There is happiness when the company performs well and to be able to attain this
according to the branch manager, one must know how to handle well its employees.Employees should be well treated as a family because they are of great help in terms of
the productivity of the company. The branch manager should give what a employee
deserves. Give them just benefits and incentives for them to perform well. Aside from
being able to handle the company well, a branch manager should posses qualities to be
treated well and respected. It is important for to be accommodating, has uncomplaining
personality and God fearing.

4. ConclusionIt is very important to love your job and to love what you are doing. Handling a
company is not easy especially if youre the branch manager because many thingsare
expected from you. You must treat your employees right and fair to have them stay with
you and also for them to do the same thing. Building a good relationship with your
employees can enhance productivity which results great satisfaction and happiness indeed.
4.1 Recommendation
Happiness can be achieved through how well a company performs. Since
relationship towards the employee and employer has a great impact of the performance of
the company and its success, their bond should be strengthened. Team building can a best
recommendation. It can foster employees awareness towardscommitment for the
company with shared goals and objectives. It could also develop strong interpersonal
relationships among employees which would help them bond closer and trust each other.
Through teambuilding they will be able to work as a team, interact with each other, and
integrate their skills into a united effort so that each individual's goal achievement is
connected to the greater overall team goal achievement. This could result a high
performance and sure success for the company.
