Dietary Supplement and Nutraceutical Use During the COVID Pandemic
2 Credit PSYC 490
During the past 18 months many people changed their diets and eating habits, some for the worse and some for the better. With the threat of potential illness, did students increase over-the-counter supplement or nutraceutical use for potential health benefits? If so, which products were most popular among students?
I am looking for 1 or 2 students to begin research for Spring 2022.
**This research can be continued into the Fall 2022 semester as a 4 credit PSYC 497 course.
Please contact me via email by Friday October 15
