Servotech Indonesia was established 7 march 2003. We starting in Automation and Control Fabrication for Oil and Gas Industrial which used in Indonesia, South East Asia and Middle East, then on the 2006 we have expand our business in Oil and Gas Manufacture.

Our Sister Company PT Tubular Services Indonesia was established 18 march 2009 with Focusing in Plastic Product ( Pipe Protector and Econowrap ), Started 2015 expand the business into OCTG and Heat Treatment.

Servotech Indonesia Group Companies product and facility were certified by API 7-1 and API-5CT for OCTG, API- 6A for Wellhead and Christmas Tree, API-11E for Pumping Unit, ISO 9001 : 2015 for plastic product . We also have some licenses of Premium Connection including TKC Premium Connection and TMK Ultra Premium Connection.

Servotech Indonesia Group Companies product were used in Industrial, Manufacturing and Indonesia oil company, and we also export our product to Middle East, Thailand, Canada, in this year Servotech Indonesia Group Companies committed going to global market.

Our Location

PT Servotech Indonesia

Batam island, is in Riau Archipelago Province of Indonesia 20

km away from Singapore, it’s very close from singapore by air

or sea. The island have 5 international seaport and 1 domestic

seaport, but just have 1 international airport named Hang

Nadim International Airport.

Servotech Indonesia have 2 factory location on Batam,

Engineering Support and Plastic Product Factory in Tunas

Industrial Estate Batam Centre, OCTG Plant Facility in

Taiwan Industry - Kabil ,and near of OCTG plant is producing

Pumping Unit, Wellhead and X-Mass Tree. We have expand

our business in Oil & Gas Manufacture and Constructions and

Electrical Service.

We have develop a new plant in Kabil-Batam which will be

used to expand our production scope and facility about Oil &

Gas Services for our company. In the near future this plant will

used for our Heat Threatment, ERW Pipe Factory, Hot Rolling

Pipe and new Threading plant.

We have 4 branch office which located in Singapore, Jakarta

,Pekanbaru and Palembang and Our Head Office located in

Taiwan Industrial Park Kabil Batam.

Threading Facility

Factory Facilities

Our OCTG plant have threading facilities from 2 3/8" until 20" which can thread material from J55 until Q125 and two Bucking Machine which can handle material 4 1/2" - 20" and 2 3/8" - 4 1/2" .

Servotech Indonesia Kabil Threading Facilities have Ten CNC Lathe in Five Production line, we have On line production line which mean starting from raw material incoming until finish product processing in one production line, and that make our production time is very fast with high output.

Servotech Indonesia also have 2 licenses premium connection there are TKC Premium Connection, TMK Ultra Premium Connection.

The name TKC was derived from Tuboscope - Ken Carstensen. Tuboscope being the proponent and Ken Carstensen being the inventor and Patent holder.

The first testing done on the TKC 8rd tubing connection was performed by Harry Sweet & Associates. Since then, numerous successful API testing for premium connections has been performed on the TKC EUE, NU and FCR connections.

In 1992, Tuboscope transferred all of the TKC assets and the worldwide rights for the use of the TKC product line to TD International. TD International sold the rights for the TKC connections to ThreadMasters, Inc. retaining on an exclusive basis, the Far East and Middle East territories as listed below.

TMK ULTRA PREMIUM CONNECTION

TMK Premium Connections ISO 13679 CAL IV Certification

The Second Licenses of premium connection that we have is TMK ULTRA Premium Connection. TMK UP is one of premium connection are applied for pipe in order for oil and gas exploration industry and Servotech Indonesia is the first company in Indonesia who has licenses to produce and supply this premium connection. Some product of TMK and Ultra Premium Connection which Servotech can produce is TMK-UP PF, TMK-UP PF ET(Extreme Torque), TMK-UP CWB, Ultra-UP FJ, and TMP-UP SF.

TMK, one of the world's leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, has successfully conducted certification of tubing with TMK UP PF premium connections in accordance with the ISO 13679 CAL IV standard. The tests were conducted at the Oil States Industries international testing center (Aberdeen, UK). And then TMK’s American division successfully completed qualification tests of Premium threaded connections TMK UP QX in accordance with ISO 13679 CAL IV standard. Premium connections TMK UP QX exhibit high tensile and compression strength, high ability to bend, and resistance to other unfavorable outside factors.

Certification of TMK UP QX connections according to the international ISO 13679 CAL IV standard was realized as part of the Program on Development and Testing of TMK UP Connections. Successful certification of TMK UP PF premium connections on both casing and tubing in accordance with the ISO 13679 CAL IV standard gives us the opportunity to supply an all-inclusive pipe string fully certified under this standard for use in the well.
