Payment, including 15% buyer’s premium, shall be made by cash, VISA/MC only, and/or check. Any and all in-state checks must be accompanied by an Irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, absolutely no exceptions. Sample on website. No out of state checks accepted.
