Die Similor AG ist der erste Schweizer Armaturenhersteller, dessen Ursprung auf die Gründung der Firma Kugler Robinet-terie SA im Jahr 1854 zurückgeht. Heute produziert Similor für den Schweizer Markt die Armaturenmarken arwa, Similor Kugler und Sanimatic sowie für den internationalen Markt die Armaturenmarke Laufen. Das Sortiment umfasst Armaturen für das Bad, die Küche und den öffentlichen Bereich.

Das LAUFEN Forum ist ein deutliches Bekenntnis zum Firmen- und Keramik- sowie Armaturen-Pro-duktionsstandort Schweiz. Ein Raum des Bades und der Kraft – zur Inspiration und Information für Bauherren, Architekten, Handel und Handwerk.

Darüber hinaus befindet sich hier das Schulungs- und Trainingszentrum der Keramik Laufen AG und Similor AG. In verschiedensten Seminaren werden Besuchergruppen geschult und Produktwissen vermittelt.

Für sein innovatives und nachhaltiges Ausstellungs- und Besucherzentrum wurde LAUFEN 2010 mit dem «Award für Marketing + Architektur» in der Kategorie «Büro- und Geschäftshäuser Industrie- und Gewerbe -räumlichkeiten» ausgezeichnet. Weiter wurde es mit dem Green Good Design Award prämiert und hat 2011 den «best architects award 2011» in der Kategorie Gewerbe und Industriebauten gewonnen.

Le Forum LAUFEN est un hommage important au site de production de céramique et de robinetteries et au siège social en Suisse. Une espace dédié à la salle de bains et à la force – visant à inspirer et à informer les maîtres d’œuvre, architectes, commer-çants et artisans.

En outre, ce lieu abrite le centre d’école et de formation des sociétés Keramik Laufen AG et Similor AG. Dans le cadre de séminaires les plus divers, des groupes de visiteurs reçoivent une formation et des connaissances sur les produits leur sont dispensées.

Pour son centre d’exposition et de visiteurs novateur et durable, LAUFEN s’est vu décerner en 2010 le prix «Award pour le marketing + l’architecture» dans la catégorie «Immeubles de bureau et commerciaux et installations professionnelles». Laufen a en outre reçu la distinction «Green Good Design Award» et en 2011 il a gagné le prix «best architects award 2011» dans la catégorie bâtiments industriels et profes-sionnels.

Il LAUFEN Forum è una dichiarazione di fede rivolta alla Svizzera, scelta con convinzione come sede aziendale e luogo di produzione di rubinetti e ceramica. È uno spazio magico dedicato al bagno che ispira e informa costruttori, architetti, commercianti e artigiani.

Inoltre ha sede qui il centro di formazione ed addestramento di Keramik Laufen AG e Similor AG, dove diversi seminari di gruppo consentono ai visitatori di conoscere meglio i prodotti.

Nel 2010 LAUFEN ha ricevuto l’«Award für Marketing + Architektur» nella categoria «Immobili ad uso ufficio, commerciale e industriale» per il suo centro visitatori ed esposizioni innovativo e sostenibile. The LAUFEN Forum is a clear commitment to Switzerland as the company headquarters and manufacturing base for ceramic products and faucets. It is a place devoted to bathrooms and a source of inspiration and information for builders, architects, retailers and tradesmen.

Moreover, the Forum is home to the training centre of Keramik Laufen AG and Similor AG. A wide range of seminars is held here to train groups of visitors and communicate product knowledge.

Die intelligente Steuerung von Urinalen verfügt über verschiedene Modi und löst entweder nach jedem Benutzer oder in definierten zeitlichen Intervallen mit unterschiedlichen Spülmengen zwischen 0,5 und 3 Litern die Reinigung aus. Nach längerer Nicht-Benutzung erfolgt standardmässig alle 24 Stunden eine Hygienespülung. Darüber hinaus gibt ein integrierter Überlaufschutz Sicherheit für den Fall, dass der Ablauf blockiert ist.

Hybrid-ModusWird eine Nutzung festgestellt, spült das Urinal in einem voreingestellten Intervall und nicht nach jeder einzelnen Benutzung. Das Spülintervall kann auf sechs verschiedene Werte zwischen einer und zwölf Stunden eingestellt werden. Jedem Spül intervall ist ein vorgegebenes Spülvolumen zugeordnet.

Stadion-ModusBei häufiger Benutzung schaltet das System automatisch in den Stadion-Modus um, in dem unabhängig von der Nutzung gespült wird. Das System löst dann in einem programmierbaren Intervall eine Spülung aus. Stellt das System innerhalb eines Spülintervalls keine Nutzung fest, schaltet es automatisch in den Normalmodus zurück.

Mode StadeEn cas de fréquentation élevée, le systéme active auto-matiquement le mode Stade, qui déclenche un rinçage automatique, sans qu’il ne soit nécessaire d’actionner le mécanisme. L’intervalle de rinçage automatique est pro-grammable. En l’absence d’utilisation entre deux rinçages, le système rétablit automatiquement le mode de fonc-tionnement normal.

Il sistema di controllo intelligente presenta tre modalità diverse, e può attivare la pulizia dopo ogni utente o ad intervalli definiti, con quantità di risciacquo diverse che spaziano tra 0,5 e 3 litri. Dopo lunghi periodi di inutilizzo, per impostazione predefinita avviene un risciacquo igienico ogni 24 ore. Vi è anche un troppopieno di protezione integrato in caso di intasamento dello scarico.

The intelligent control system has different modes and can trigger cleaning after each user or at defined intervals with different flush quantities of between 0.5 and 3 litres. Following long periods of non-use, a hygiene flush takes place every 24 hours by default. There is also an integrated overflow protection function in case the drain hole becomes blocked.

Hybrid modeThe urinal flushes at a predefined interval if usage is detected, and not after every single use. The flushing interval can be set to six different values between 1 h and 12 h. A predefined flushing volume is assigned to each flushing interval.

Stadium modeIf usage frequency is high, the system automatically switches to stadium mode, which causes flushing to take place independently of usage. The system then triggers a flush at a programmable interval. If the system detects no usage within a flushing interval, it automatically switches back to normal mode.

Parallel dazu hat sich die Erkenntnis durchgesetzt, dass das Planen für alle Genera-tionen Vorteile für alle bringt. Ein hindernisfreies Badezimmer bietet generell mehr Sicherheit und Komfort und ist eine Investition in die Zukunft. Grundsätzlich eignen sich praktisch alle Produkte von LAUFEN und Similor für ein Badezimmer für jedes Lebensalter. Je nach Einsatzort und Zielgruppe sind aber besondere Vorschriften und Richtlinien zu beachten.

Wohnungen für jedes Lebensalter / AlterswohnungenWer Wohnungen für jedes Lebensalter plant, schafft Mehr-wert für sich und andere. Ein Badezimmer für jedes Lebens-alter zeichnet sich durch eine Grundfläche von mindestens 4 – 5 m2, eine grosszügige bodenebene Dusche (1 m × 1.20 m) mit leicht bedienbarer Armatur und Duschgleitstange in Haltegriffqualität, ein unterfahrbares Handwaschbecken mit ergonomischer Armatur und ein auf 0.46 m (Oberkante WC-Sitz) montiertes WC aus.

WCs in öffentlich zugänglichen Gebäuden Rechtlich verbindliche Grundlage für die Planung von öffent-lichen WCs zum Beispiel in Restaurants, Bürogebäuden, Einkaufszentren oder Sportanlagen ist die Norm SIA 500 «Hindernisfreie Bauten». Sie definiert, wie in der Abbildung 2 gezeigt, die genaue Ausrüstung und Positionierung. Die minimalen Raumgrössen betragen 1.65 m × 1.80 m (WC und Waschtisch), bzw. 1.80 m × 1.80 m (WC, Waschtisch und Dusche).

Alters- und PflegezentrenIn Alters- und Pflegezentren müssen Raum und Dusche grosszügig genug geplant werden, damit auch mobilitäts-behinderte Menschen die Körperpflege möglichst selbständig ausführen können. Bei Pflegebedarf von schwer behinderten oder übergewichtigen Menschen sollten zudem auch zwei Pflegende einen optimalen Zugang zu WC und Dusche haben.

WCDas WC sollte generell auf einer Höhe von 0.46 m (Ober-kante WC-Sitz) montiert werden. Die Platzierung in einer Raumecke mit einem Achsabstand von 0.45 m ermöglicht die Montage eines L-förmigen Haltegriffs an der seitlichen Wand. WCs in öffentlich zugänglichen Gebäuden müssen gemäss Norm SIA 500 eine Ausladung von 0.65 m aufweisen. Dies kann mit einem verlängerten Liberty-WC, einem Auf-putz-WC oder einem Standard-Unterputz-WC an einer kurzen Vorwandinstallation erreicht werden.

ArmaturJe länger der Hebel der Armatur, umso weniger Kraft ist für die Bedienung nötig. Diverse Armaturserien von Similor können auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt mit einem langen Griff nachgerüstet werden. Berührungslose Armaturen verlangen keinen Krafteinsatz und sind ebenfalls geeignet. In der Dusche ist eine Unterputz-Armatur empfehlenswert. Dies erleichtert die Nutzung des nahen Haltegriffs.

Selon le lieu d’utilisa-tion et le groupe cible, certaines prescriptions et directives doivent néanmoins être respectées.

Appartements adaptés à tous les âges / logements destinés aux aînésPlanifier des logements pour chaque étape de la vie apporte une valeur ajoutée pour soi-même et pour les autres. Une salle de bains adaptée à chaque âge présente une surface d’au moins 4 ou 5 m², une douche de plain-pied aux dimen-sions généreuses (1 m × 1.20 m) avec un robinet facile à uti-liser et une glissière de douche permettant de s’agripper, un lave-mains abaissable doté d’un robinet ergonomique et un WC monté à 0.46 m (bord supérieur du siège WC).

WC dans les bâtiments accessibles au public C’est la norme SIA 500 «Constructions sans obstacles» qui constitue la base légale obligatoire pour la planification de toilettes publiques, par exemple dans les restaurants, les bâtiments de bureau, les centres commerciaux ou les in-stallations sportives. Comme indiqué dans l’illustration 2, elle définit quel doit être l’équipement exact et son position-nement. Les pièces doivent avoir des dimensions minimales de 1.65 × 1.80 m (WC et lavabo) ou de 1.80 × 1.80 m (WC, lavabo et douche).

Maisons de retraite et centres de soinsIl convient de planifier des pièces et des douches aux di-mensions suffisamment généreuses dans les maisons de retraite et les centres de soins afin de permettre aux per-sonnes à mobilité réduite de faire leur toilette avec un maxi-mum d’autonomie. Afin de permettre les soins aux personnes souffrant d’un lourd handicap ou en surpoids, deux soignants doivent en outre avoir un accès optimal aux WC et à la douche.

WCLe WC doit en principe être monté à une hauteur de 0.46 m (bord supérieur du siège WC). Le placer dans le coin d’une pièce avec un empattement de 0.45 m permet de monter une poignée en L. Selon la norme SIA 500, les WC des bâti-ments accessibles au public doivent présenter une saille de 0.65 m. Ceci est possible grâce à un WC liberty rallongé, un WC en saillie ou un WC encastré standard sur une installation murale courte.

RobinetteriePlus la poignée du robinet est longue, moins la force néces-saire pour l’actionner doit être importante. Diverses séries de robinets Similor dotées de poignées plus longues peuvent aussi être montées ultérieurement. Les robinets sans contact ne demandent quant à eux aucune force et conviennent également. Dans la douche, un robinet encastré est recom-mandé. Ceci simplifie l’utilisation de la poignée à proximité.

Un bagno senza barriere architettoniche offre in generale maggiore sicurezza e comfort ed è un investimento per il futuro. In linea di principio quasi tutti i prodotti LAUFEN e Similor sono adatti a un bagno per ogni età. In base al luogo d’impiego e al gruppo target è tuttavia necessario osservare particolari norme e direttive.

Abitazioni per ogni età/case per anzianiChi progetta abitazioni per ogni età, crea un valore aggiunto per sé e per gli altri. Un bagno per ogni età è caratterizzato da una superficie di almeno 4 – 5 m2, un’ampia doccia a filo pavimento (1 m × 1.20 m) con una rubinetteria facile da utiliz-zare e un’asta saliscendi alla quale è possibile tenersi, un lavamani comodamente accessibile con rubinetto ergono-mico e un vaso montato a 0,46 m (spigolo superiore sedile del vaso).

Case di riposo e di curaNelle case di riposo e di cura il bagno e la doccia devono avere dimensioni sufficientemente ampie da permettere anche a persone con mobilità ridotta di effettuare la cura del proprio corpo in modo più autonomo possibile. In caso di bisogno di assistenza a persone disabili o in sovrappeso deve essere garantito l’accesso al vaso e alla doccia anche di due assistenti.

VasoIn generale il vaso dovrebbe essere montato a un’altezza di 0,46 m (spigolo superiore sedile del vaso). Il posizionamento in un angolo del bagno con un interasse di 0,45 m consente il montaggio di una maniglia a L. In base alla norma SIA 500 i vasi negli edifici pubblici devono avere una sporgenza di 0,65 m che può essere rispettata con un vaso Liberty allun-gato, un vaso sopra muro o un vaso a incasso standard con una piccola controparete.

RubinettoMaggiore è la lunghezza della leva del rubinetto e minore è la forza necessaria per azionarla. Diverse delle serie di rubinetti Similor possono essere dotate di una maniglia lunga anche in un secondo momento. La rubinetteria senza contatto non richiede alcuna forza ed è quindi adatta. Nella doccia è con-sigliabile un rubinetto a incasso che facilita l’utilizzo del maniglione a fianco di essa.

The barrier-free bathroomWith an ageing population comes a greater focus on the needs of the elderly. It is also now widely accepted that planning for every stage of life has its benefits. A barrier-free bathroom offers greater general safety and comfort and represents a prudent investment in the future. Virtually all the LAUFEN and Similor products are suitable for installation in an accessible bathroom. However, a number of special regulations and guidelines do apply for certain installation locations and intended users.

Accessible homes/homes for the elderlyPlanners of accessible homes are creating value for them-selves and for others. An accessible bathroom requires a floor area of at least 4 – 5 m2, a large, walk-in shower (1 m × 1.20 m) with user-friendly faucet, a hand-grip-quality shower slider bar, a wheelchair-accessible washbasin with ergonomic faucet, and a WC installed at a height of 0.46 m (top edge of WC seat).

WCs in buildings that are open to the publicStandard SIA 500 “Barrier-free buildings” provides the pre-scribed legal framework for the planning of public WCs in restaurants, office buildings, shopping centres and sports facilities, for example. As figure 2 illustrates, the standard defines the minimal equipment and positioning requirements. The minimum room size, for example, is 1.65 × 1.80 m (for a WC and washbasin), and 1.80 × 1.80 m (for a WC, washbasin and shower).

Care homes and homes for the elderlyIn care homes and homes for the elderly, the room and shower must be designed with sufficient space to allow wheelchair users to manage their personal care indepen-dently wherever possible. It should also be sufficiently large to give two additional carers unrestricted access to the WC and shower in order to assist disabled or obese persons.

WCThe WC should generally be installed at a height of 0.46 m (top edge of WC seat). Installation in a corner with an axis distance of 0.45 m permits the attachment of an L-shaped grab bar. In accordance with standard SIA 500, WCs in build-ings that are open to the public must be 0.65 m deep. This can be achieved with a lengthened Liberty WC, a surface-mounted WC or a standard flush-mounted WC with back- to-wall unit.

FaucetThe longer the faucet lever, the less force is required to operate it. A number of Similor faucet lines can also be retrofitted with a longer handle at a later date. Contactless faucets require no force to operate and are equally suitable. A flush-mounted faucet is recommended in the shower, making it easier to use the nearby grab bar.

Wo Wasser ist, sind Bakterien meist nicht weit. In wasserführenden Leitungen leben gemäss Statistik 90 bis 99 Prozent der Mikroorganismen auf Rohren und Dichtungen. Ist der Wasserfluss aktiv und das Trinkwas-ser biologisch ausgeglichen, können sich die Bakterien nicht vermehren und sind auch nicht gefährlich. Hingegen an Orten, wo stehendes Wasser entsteht und eine durch-schnittliche Temperatur von 25 bis 45 Grad herrscht, bilden sich innert kürzester Zeit Legionellen. Dabei zählen Alters- und Pflegeheime, Hallenbäder, Schulen, Ferienhäuser und Hotels zu den gängigsten Gefahrenorten. Deshalb empfiehlt es sich, genutztes Warmwasser täglich während einer Stunde auf 60 Grad zu heizen. Im Optimalfall beträgt die Warmwasser-Temperatur 60 Grad beim Austritt und 55 Grad im Verteilsystem. Zudem ist darauf zu achten, dass das Kaltwasser 20 Grad nicht übersteigt. Nach längeren Pausen sollten die Leitungen dringend komplett gespült werden. Und dabei alle Wasserhähnen mit Kalt- und Warmwasser über 20 Minuten laufen gelassen werden.

Die Problematik von Legionellen besteht darin, dass die Bakterien durch kleinste Wassertropfen eingeatmet und in die Lunge geraten, wo sie unterschiedliche Krankheits-bilder auslösen – von einer Grippe bis hin zur tödlichen Lungenentzündung. Das Trinken von befallenem Wasser ist jedoch unschädlich. Mit der sogenannten Durchflusszytrometrie kann die Bakterienzahl innerhalb von zwei Minuten gemessen und somit rasch darauf reagiert werden. Im Umgang mit Legionellen sind verschiedene Methoden möglich. Im Folgenden stellen wir zwei technische Lösungsansätze gegenüber.

Il est par conséquent recommandé de chauffer quotidien-nement l’eau chaude sanitaire à 60 °C pendant une heure. Dans l’idéal, l’eau chaude est initialement préparée à 60 °C et atteint 55 °C dans le système de distribution. Par ailleurs, il convient de veiller à ce que l’eau froide ne dépasse pas 20 °C. En cas d’arrêt prolongé, il est indispensable de rincer intégrale-ment les conduites en laissant couler l’ensemble des robinets d’eau chaude et froide pendant plus de 20 minutes.

La légionellose est due à une bactérie véhiculée par de minuscules gouttelettes qui, en cas d’inhalation, peut atteindre les poumons et déclencher diverses pathologies, de la grippe à la pneumonie fatale. La consommation d’eau infectée est toutefois inoffensive. La cytométrie en flux permet de déterminer en l’espace de deux minutes la quantité de bactéries, et de réagir rapidement le cas échéant. Différentes solutions existent pour lutter contre les légionelles. Nous comparons ci-après deux techniques distinctes.

Se il flusso d’acqua è attivo e l’acqua potabile è equilibrata dal punto di vista biologico, i batteri non possono proliferare e quindi non costituiscono un pericolo. Al contrario dove l’acqua tende a ristagnare e la temperatura media varia dai 25 ai 45 gradi, in pochissimo tempo si sviluppano i batteri della legionella. I luoghi più comunemente a rischio sono istituti per anziani e case di cura, piscine coperte, scuole, case vacanza e hotel. Di conseguenza si consiglia di riscaldare ogni giorno l’acqua calda utilizzata per un’ora portandola a 60 gradi. Nel caso ottimale la temperatu-ra dell’acqua calda è di 60 gradi in uscita e di 55 gradi nel sistema di distribuzione. Inoltre occorre accertarsi che la temperatura dell’acqua fredda non superi i 20 gradi. Dopo pause prolungate è assoluta-mente necessario risciacquare completamente le tubazioni e far funzionare tutti i rubinetti per oltre 20 minuti con acqua calda e fredda.

Il problema della legionella è dato dal fatto che i batteri vengono inalati attraverso minuscole gocce d’acqua e raggiungono i polmoni dove scatenano diversi sintomi clinici: dalla semplice influenza alla polmonite con esiti mortali. Tuttavia bevendo l’acqua contaminata non vi sono conseguen-ze. La citometria a flusso consente di misurare il numero di batteri in due minuti, intervenendo così rapidamen-te. Esistono vari metodi per contrasta-re la legionella. Di seguito presentia-mo due approcci tecnici risolutivi.

Bacteria like moist conditions. According to statistics, 90 to 99% of the micro-organisms in water-carry-ing lines live on pipes and seals. If the water is actively flowing and the drinking water is biologically balanced, the bacteria cannot multiply and are not hazardous. In contrast, in places where standing water exists and an average temperature of 25 to 45 degrees prevails, legionella bacteria form very rapidly. This means that retirement and care homes, indoor swimming pools, schools, holiday homes and hotels are among the most common hazard locations. It is therefore advisable to heat the hot water used to 60 degrees for one hour every day. The hot water temperature should ideally be 60 degrees upon exit and 55 degrees in the circulation system. It is also important to ensure that the cold water temperature does not exceed 20 degrees. After long breaks in use, the lines must be completely flushed and all hot and cold water taps left to run for 20 minutes.

The problem with legionella bacteria is that they are inhaled through minute water droplets and enter the lungs, where they trigger various syndromes – from influenza to deadly pneumonia. However drinking affected water is harmless. Flow cytrometry can be used to measure the bacteria count within two minutes so that a rapid response can be initiated. There are various ways of dealing with legionella. Two technical solutions are compared below.

Thermische DesinfektionIst eine Armatur bereits von Legio- nellen befallen, ist eine thermische Desinfektion nötig. Dabei werden Boiler, Leitungsnetz und Armatur für mindestens drei Minuten auf über 70 Grad erhitzt und so die Legionellen bezwingt. Bei der Planung zu beachten ist, dass die haustechnische Anlage für eine solche grosse Wassermenge in einer solch hohen Wassertempera-tur ausgelegt ist. Nicht jede Heizungs-anlage erreicht an der Zapfstelle 70 Grad. Deshalb muss die Austrittstem-peratur am Boiler je nach Installation und Leitungslänge 80 Grad betragen.

•  Mittels Schlüsselschalter manuell durchführen und protokollieren.

•  Betriebsfreie Zeiten nutzen wegen Verbrennungsgefahr.

•  Empfehlenswert ist Verwendung von drittem Ventil – wie bei Sanimatic Pulse.

•  Bei starkem Befall täglich wieder-holen. Oder zur chemischen Desinfektion greifen.

•  Zur Vorbeugung in regelmässigen Abständen wöchentlich, monatlich oder vierteljährlich.

•  Achtung: Haustechnische Anlage prüfen. Muss für 80 Grad ausgelegt sein.

Tous les systèmes de chauffage ne parviennent pas à 70 °C au robinet. Selon l’installation et la longueur des tuyauteries, la température doit atteindre 80 °C en sortie de chauffe-eau.

LCC steht für Laufen Clean Coat. Diese innovative Keramik-Oberflächenveredelung ist ein silikatkera-mischer, glasartig eingebrannter Überzug über die Originalglasur. Als untrennbarer Bestandteil der Keramik ist LCC extrem hart und nahezu unverwüstlich.Die Vorteile dieses Verfahrens: LCC ist mit einem Rauheitswert von nur vier Nanometern porenfrei. Dank dieser Eigenschaft finden Kalk, Schmutz und Bakterien kaum Halt – und wenn doch, dann lassen sich Verschmutzungen wesentlich leichter wieder entfernen.Eine ideale Lösung für den harten Reinigungsalltag – beispielsweise in Hotels oder Kliniken – denn LCC ver-schafft der Keramik zudem eine hohe Resistenz gegen aggressive Reinigungsmittel und chemische Substanzen. LCC sorgt auf Dauer für ein Höchstmass an Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Die Keramik bleibt auf Jahre hinaus ein glänzendes Produkt, wie am ersten Tag. ÖKOLOGIE Bereits 1997 wurde die Keramikproduktion erfolg-reich ISO 14001 zertifiziert (Zertifizierung von Umweltmanagementsystemen) und EMAS geprüft. Die Armaturenproduktion ist seit Dezember 2012 ISO 14001 zertifiziert. Von der Energie-Agentur Schweiz wurden wir mit dem CO2-Zertifikat ausge-zeichnet. Die Energie-Agentur Schweiz unterstützt uns bei der laufenden Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz und der Begrenzung der CO2-Emissionen in unseren Betrieben. Als erste Unternehmen der Schweiz sind wir auch mit dem ISO 9001:2015 Standard zertifiziert.

ECOLOGIE Dès 1997, notre production de céramique a obtenu la certification ISO 14001 (relative aux systèmes de gestion de l’environnement) et a été soumise à un examen dans le cadre de l’EMAS. Depuis décembre 2012, la production de robinetteries est conforme à la norme ISO 14001. SuisseEnergie nous a décerné le certificat de faibles émissions de CO2. Suisse-Energie nous aide à améliorer en continu l’efficacité énergétique et à réduire les émissions de CO2 générées par nos ateliers. De plus, nous sommes la première entreprise suisse conforme à la norme ISO 9001:2015.

ECOLOGIA La produzione ceramica ha ottenuto la certificazione ISO 14001 (certificazione dei sistemi di gestione ambientale) e ha superato l’esame EMAS già nel 1997. La produzione di rubinetti è certificata ISO 14001 dal dicembre 2012. Dall’agenzia Svizzera-Energia abbiamo ricevuto il certificato per le emis-sioni di CO2. L’Agenzia Svizzera Energia ci aiuta ad aumentare continuamente l’efficienza energetica e limitare le emissioni di CO2 nei nostri stabilimenti. Siamo anche la prima ditta svizzera certificata secondo lo standard ISO 9001:2015.

Produkte mit der Q-Plus-Zertifizierung entsprechen einerseits der Europanorm und andererseits zusätz-lich dem bewährten, höheren Schweizer Standard, welcher durch die suissetec/VSA festgelegt wurde. LAUFEN Keramikprodukte entsprechen diesen schweizerischen Qualitätsmassstäben und haben die entsprechende Zulassungsempfehlung.

Les produits portant le certificat Q-Plus corres-pondent d’une part à la norme européenne, et d’autre part également à la norme suisse, plus stricte, définie par l’organisme suissetec/VSA et dont l’efficacité a été largement prouvée. Les produits en céramique LAUFEN répondent à ces normes de qualité suisses et disposent de la recommandation d’homologation correspondante.

I prodotti con la certificazione Q-Plus sono conformi sia alla normativa europea, sia allo standard svizzero, che prevede requisiti ancora più rigorosi, stabiliti dalla suissetec/VSA. I prodotti in ceramica LAUFEN rispettano questi criteri qualitativi svizzeri e dispon-gono della relativa certificazione di qualità.
