EXPLANATORY NOTES 4th JULY 2016 This Statement has been updated pursuant to section 57(3) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to incorporate

the modifications made by order since the previous map was published in July 1993.

CHANGES TO THE DEFINITIVE RIGHTS OF WAY MAP AND SCHEDULE

1. NUMBERING Gaps in the numbering have been left for the addition of new paths. The numbers run as follows: Former Barnes Borough: Nos. 1 – 81 Former Richmond Borough: Nos. 100 – 179 Former Twickenham Borough: Nos. 200 – 306

2. ADDITIONS The following paths have been added by Definitive Map Modification Orders since the previous Definitive Map and Statement was published in July 1993. NUMBER FROM TO STATUS 306 Marys Terrace adjacent to No. 16 in a south

The notations used in the Definitive Map is in accordance with the notation required by the Wildlife and Countryside (Definitive Maps and Statements) Regulations 1993 for the following categories of rights of way:-
