The following list contains the names of candidatesfound suitable on the basis of the result of the ObjectiveType Test (OMR Valuation) held on 8-11-2008 andverification of original documents of candidates includedin the probability list published on 13-7-2009 for the Postof Midwife on Rs. 3350-5275 in Plantation Corporation ofKerala Limited (Category No. 117/2008) This Ranked Listis brought into force with effect from 20-10-2009.

The list will be in force for a minimum period of oneyear provided that the said list will continue to be inforce till the publication of a new Ranked List after the

expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiryof three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from thislist will be advised for appointment in accordance with therules and orders regarding reservation and rotation asamended from time to time, if applicable, againstvacancies reported to the Commission during thependency of the list. As the advice for appointmentdepends on the occurrence of vacancies there is noguarantee that all the candidates included in the list willsecure appointment. The candidates remaining in the listat the time of cancellation will have no claim at all forappointment on the basis of the inclusion of their namesin the list. Candidates against vacancies reportedexclusively for ST will also be advised from the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation ofanswer script is not allowed. But Answer Script will bere-checked if the candidates apply for it along with achalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs.50 (RupeesFifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in theState under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 StatePSC 99 Examination Fee” addressed to the DeputySecretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public ServiceCommission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004should reach the office within 30 days from the date ofpublication of the Ranked List. Application for recheckingafter the stipulated time will not be entertained and feeonce remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts shouldbe submitted in the prescribed form available free of costfrom the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of theCommission or its photocopy or down loaded and printedin A4 size paper from the Commission’swebsite.www.keralapsc.org. or photocopied there from.Applications submitted in any other manner will not beconsidered. Applications for re-checking received fromcandidates whose answer scripts have been invalidatedwill not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications forrechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribedtime limit enclosing original chalan receipt as statedabove, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the resultof the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates fromthis office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of theirOMR answer sheet (Part A &Part B) relating to thisselection shall remit a fee of Rs. 200 (Two hundred only)by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State(head of Account 0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99-otherreceipts). The duly filled up application in the prescribedform (available from the Commission’s website) along withthe original chalan should be submitted to the DeputySecretary (Examinations-II), Kerala Public ServiceCommission, Pottom, Thiruvananthapuram within onemonth from the date of publication of the ranked list. A

copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to acandidate. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated due to anydefect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited fromapplying for a copy of answer sheet which is not theirown and legal proceedings will be initiated against thosewho do so.

Entries are based on the communities specified bythe candidates in their application forms and proved bythem with necessary documents. The candidates whosecommunities have not been correctly noted in this list asproved by them in their application should intimate thefact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)—II, KeralaPublic Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004within one month from the date of publication of this list,to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.In the absence of timely information regardingdiscrepanices, if any, the candidates will be advised asincorporated in the list.

The following is the Short List containing theRegister Numbers of candidates who are foundprovisionally eligible to be called for interview forselection to the post of High School Assistant (Hindi) inEducation Department on Rs. 8390-13270 in ErnakulamDistrict (Category No. 297/2007 in Direct & 298/2007By Transfer) on the basis of the Written Test held on21-6-2008.

The Register Numbers are arranged in theirsequence and the arrangement does not in any wayindicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test.

The alphabet 'E' shall be prefixed to all numbers toindicate Ernakulam District.
