Congratulations to our 2019 Scholarship Winners! W e are pleased to announce Armco Credit Union awarded $10,000 in scholarships to 20 high school seniors. The students were selected for their academic and extracurricular achievement. Students attending college as well as vocational schools were eligible. This is the second year the Credit Union has provided higher education scholarships to members’ families. The recipients and their guests met for an award ceremony luncheon, and students were presented with a certificate by Ralph Boosel, Board of Directors President. NEW MasterCard Debit Card W e will soon begin sending 14,000 new MasterCard debit cards over the course of an 8 week period. The new card offers more security and greater value to our members. We thank you for your patience during this process. During the process, please be aware of the following… You will first receive a letter alerting you to watch the mail for your new debit card. It will also outline all the features of the new card. The actual debit card will be sent in a separate mailing. Please note it will arrive in a plain and unmarked envelope for security reasons. Before you use the new card, you will need to activate it by calling the number on the sticker located on the front of the card. If you have any reoccurring payments scheduled, remember to notify mer- chants once you activate the new card. If you experience any issues with your card activation, please contact our phone center at 724-284-2020 and select menu option 8 during our business hours. We are pleased to announce Armco Credit Union awarded

$10,000 in scholarships to 20 high school seniors. The students were selected for their academic and extracurricular achievement. Students attending college as well as vocational schools were eligible.

This is the second year the Credit Union has provided higher education scholarships to members’ families.

The recipients and their guests met for an award ceremony luncheon, and students were presented with a certificate by Ralph Boosel, Board of Directors President.

NEW MasterCard Debit Card

We will soon begin sending 14,000

new MasterCard debit cards over the course of an 8 week period. The new card offers more security and greater value to our

members. We thank you for your patience during this process.

During the process, please be aware of the following…

• You will first receive a letter alerting you to watch the mail for your new debit card. It will also outline all the features of the new card.

Membership Account Agreement UpdateAn updated membership agreement was enclosed with the mailing of this newsletter. You may also view the agreement online at ArmcoCU.com/about-armcocu/policies-disclosures. The update will be effective Nov. 15, 2019.

Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure UpdateTo better protect our members, we have updated the amounts that you can transfer using Tele-R-Phone, Online Banking and Mobile Banking. Cost is 25 cents per envelope and all proceeds benefits the Butler County Children & Youth Agency. Holiday money envelopes will be available starting November 25 at all of our branch locations.

Starting November 29, we will once again collect toys to be distributed to the Butler County Children & Youth Agency.
