organizational aspects. SalvatoreRobuschi has focused on these latteraspects constantly improving its mar-ket shares in Italy and abroad.We met the company’s CEO GiulioSchiaretti in order to consider the mostrecent results and analyze the currentinvestments and medium-term pro-grammes.

ICF - Mr. Schiaretti, have the resultsobtained during 2015 met your ex-pectations?In 2015 again the budget has been re-spected with a turnover increase ofabout 10%.We have seen a significant growth inthe first months of the year, followedby a slow-down due to the uncertain-ties of the economic and financial sit-uation.Of particular note have been the resultsachieved on the foreign markets, wherethe distributors that represent us havesucceeded in achieving new collabo-

rative agreements with internationalengineering companies.The Achema has also been importantin the consolidation of our standingon the international markets. Duringthe course of the last decade we haveachieved a 9% increase in turnover,and in relation to the last two decadesthe average growth has been of 13%.

ICF - Are the investments made dur-ing recent years in the organization-al sphere made a significant impacton growth?As regards the development of the cor-porate sphere, the SAP managementsystem became fully operational in2015, and is giving excellent results,fully meeting our expectations.The SAP system is an important factorin our company growth, and assuresconstant monitoring of each aspect ofthe company. As regards the market itconfirms that a high degree of profes-sionalism has been achieved. In rela-tion to this aspect we are involved intransferring the high degree of know-how and experience of our staff to thecompany; we have started from thehighest levels and are currently involv-ing other employees.It is a demanding process, that will al-

low the company to achieve a greaterdegree of autonomy, thereby makingit easier to replace individuals in thecase of absence.

ICF - Which markets have assuredthe best results?In Europe, which is our principal mar-ket, we have succeeded in further im-proving on the results achieved in pre-vious years. As regards the markets outside Europe,where we are committed to increasingthe market share, the percentage in-crease has been very significant.

ICF - As regards products, are theredevelopments planned for theshort/medium term?In relation to this, we are launching aprogramme aimed at production inno-vation, which will last for the next 3-5 years: we have in fact boosted ourdesign team with a new member ofstaff. In our current factory premiseswe have sufficient space to double our

production turnover. In the first stageof the programme we will further com-plete our range, with new models asconcerns processing pumps, which areproving the most successful. Subsequently the range will be extend-ed with pumps with delivery rates of2800 m3/h.There is also a programme for the en-gineering of pumps to order, which areagain very popular: thereby giving riseto a product range that has all the nec-essary features to fully meet the de-mand requirements.

ICF - What medium-term invest-ments are planned?We intend to expand the assemblylines of the larger pumps, expandingthe production area of the base pro-duction lines and the semi-processedgoods store.Further investments are envisaged forthe human resources, to reach an evengreater level of professionalism: ourmission is always that of securing jobs

and assuring sustainable growth, whilstalways giving priority to customer sat-isfaction. A greater number of employees willalso act to consolidate our strongpoints; which are flexibility, speed inthe processing and the delivery of newproducts and spares, and warehouseavailability of modular and easily re-placeable parts.

ICF - As regards the promotional in-struments of the operations…We have recently completed the newcompany Internet site, which containsover 400 assembly drawings, in fourformats.This is a way of satisfying the frequentrequests from the engineering techni-cians, giving them the possibility ofpositioning the pumps in the lay-outof their systems. Another ambitiousobjective that we have set ourselves,is to make it possible to provide theclient will complete order traceability.It will be possible to have all the re-
