VACUUM TANKER FITTINGS

A. Release the rotation screw (1) to enable the upper ring (3) to rotate. To increase pressure rotate clockwise, to decrease pressure rotate anti-clockwise.

B. Once desired pressure is reached ensure stem (2) is in correct place (A) to enable rotation screw (1) to be tightened. See diagram. Upper ring (3) may need to be adjusted to fit securely.

C. Make sure stem can only slide vertically and not rotate.

Do not replace standard anti-rotation screw with any other types of screws or blocking systems. Use correct replacement part only.

A. Take off the cover (1) from the adjusting bell (2) by using a screwdriver.

B. Loosen the stop set nut (3) by holding the adjusting bell firmly (2).

C. Regulate the pressure on the spring by turning the adjusting bell (2) clockwise to increase the pressure and anti-clockwise to reduce pressure.

D. When complete, screw the stop set nut (3) on again by holding the adjusting bell (2) firmly. The set nut must be screwed with a torque of 10Nm. Insert the cover (1) while holding pressure on the adjusting bell (2).

E. Set the seal by fastening the cover (1) with a wire (4).

Exclusive Cam Lever Locking Mechanism helps to reduce the possibility of unintentionally opening the cam levers, which could result in personal injury and costly spills.

Smooth Sealing Surface

Parting lines have been removed from the sealing area of the male couplings as illustrated below, this reduces the possibility of leaks and wear to the rubber seal.

Power Booster

“ This device does everything they say it will! I had a residential septic tank to pump, with a long, steep, 85 metre pull. The vertical lift was approximately 15 mtrs. With a 3 inch hose, I pumped it out in 25 minutes. Without the POWER BOOSTER, this pumping would have taken several hours or been impossible to accomplish. The job was in the summer with 30+ degree heat, and the pump did not even get hot because the air from the POWER BOOSTER kept the pump cool. On another job, I had three 10 mtr hoses, of which about 6 mtrs was on level ground. The rest was up a steep driveway by a lake. This time it took 20 minutes to pump 3,800 litres. It took me longer to get out the hoses and put them back, than it did to do the job with the POWER BOOSTER. ” - Mel

The application of the Power Booster system makes it the most versatile and unique waste recovery system available to the pumping industry today. It's simple, lightweight design makes installation as simple as a snap of the cam locks.

Due to its light weight design it does not have to be lowered with heavy equipment like diaphragm pumps or other weighty equipment. It can be easily installed on any vacuum equipment without any modi�cations. The Power Booster pumping nozzle can be used conveniently on vacuum equipment and easily removed for compact storage. Because of the Power Booster's unique design it can be installed in series, in tandem or even inverted for use in slurry suspension, hydro-excavation and unloading. Because the Power Booster pumping nozzle is so light weight, compact and easy to install it has already been used on 1000's of projects worldwide. Because of it is �uid-conveyance operation which contains no moving parts, it is fundamentally safe and can be placed almost anywhere.

The Power Booster is manufactured with male cam locks at each end to adapt to various applications. First, it may be utilized as a single unit at the end of the line to increase vertical lift well beyond 30m or in series to vacuum liquids and sludges to any height. Performance and power consumption are based on a constant operation media pressure at +/– 0.2 bar gauge. Deviations will affect the performance and power consumption.

Using a liquid separator from Samson Pumps the amount of water will be regulated automatically depending on the operating pressure. At the same time the water will be reused and will reduce the costs of operation.

If operating without liquid separator the pump must be supplied with 1.0 m3/h as a minimum in considerations to lubrication and cooling of the mechanical shaft seals.

All Conde HD pumps incorporate the unique Conde Slide Valve change-over valve which is compact, low profile and always works easily. Conde automatic oilers never need adjustment. All pumps can be driven by a variety of power sources including gas engines, PTO, Right Angle Drive, or hydraulic pump. All pumps are double shafted and can easily be set up for either CW or CCW rotation. Sealed bearings require no maintenance. • Oil Catch Muffler The Conde Oil Catch Muffler is designed to capture oil as it exits the pump as well as muffle the pump exhaust. Large capacity diamond plate oil catch will handle pumps up to 250 CFM including the Super 6, SDS 6, SDS 12, and SDS Ultra pumps.1½’’ connections. The Model 3 oil catch is designed for the Model 3 and ProVac 3 pumps. 1” connections for pumps up to 40 CFM.

• Secondary Moisture Traps All stainless steel components. Designed to remove moisture and debris that can get by the primary shut-off. Large capacity trap is made completely of stainless steel, will never rot, and will keep its good looks indefinitely. 1½” connections. Good for pumps up to 250 CFM including Conde Super and SDS pumps.

• Primary Vacuum Shut-Off Stainless steel cage will not corrode. Designed to shut vacuum off to the vacuum pump when the tank is full, preventing moisture and debris from entering the vacuum pump. Large primary is designed for pumps up to 250 CFM including the Super and SDS pumps. Available in carbon steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. Simply cut a hole in the top of the tank, and install into 6” opening.

• Small Plastic Secondary Trap Small plastic secondary is ideal for systems up to 40 CFM. Idea for the Conde Model 3, Model 6 and ProVac 3 pumps.

• Small Primary Shut-Off Perfect Primary Shut-Off for smaller systems up to 40 CFM. Two Ball System offers excellent protection. Weld into 4” opening.

• Mini Primary Shut-Off For small systems where larger openings are not an option. Shut-off screws into a 3” NPT coupling welded onto the tank. Uses 2” Float Ball. For systems up to 35 CFM.

• Final Filter All stainless steel. Especially in higher CFM pumps, debris and liquid can become airborne and pass by the primary and secondary traps and can build up inside the pump causing premature failure or vane sticking. The Final Filter is designed to catch debris before it enters the pump. Made entirely of stainless steel and will therefore not add to the problem by rotting. Filter element is easy to change and also made of stainless steel for durability.

• Conde Remote Slide Valve The Conde Remote Slide Valve is an easy way to turn any vacuum only pump setup into a vacuum / pressure system. Simply mount the Remote Slide Valve in a convenient location and run a hose from the vacuum port of the pump to the bottom (brass check valve), and a hose from the exhaust port of the pump to the other bottom fitting. Side port goes to the oil catch muffler, and the top port of the Slide Valve connects to the tank.

• Flush Kit One of the best ways to protect your pump and prolong it’s life is to flush it with kerosene or diesel fuel periodically. The Conde Flush Kit makes this task easy. This series of covers offers a great solution for almost all systems, being polycarbonate they are the safest, strongest covers in the market to date – meeting a H10 rating of 3600kg!

At 3 times thicker than most lightweight covers they have extremely high strength and weather durability. A two component baked urethane finish ensures extended UV protection.

The versatile cover is diamond plated and flat, for easy foot traffic and lawn maintenance. Safety info is printed on each cover and the oval centre can be customised to include your name and logo.

A soft gasket provides a good seal on various surfaces. The covers are able to be dropped into place ensuring proper cover and gasket placement – makes installation and alignment easy!

The Bristle Filter’s simple design provides a fast, clean and affordable solution for servicing septic tanks. The filter has been hydrodynamically designed with non-directional bristles for unrestricted flow of effluent, allowing biological maturing and sloughing to maximise the septic tank’s efficiency.

The Simtech Bristle Filter has well over ¾ of a kilometre of filtration media with over 5,200 m3 of open area to eliminate clogging. The 14,290cm2 of filtering surface allows a flow rate of over 4,500 LPD (litres per day), filtering to 1.5mm diameter. This incredible amount of filtering surface is achieved through the unique shape of each triangular bristle, which ore than doubles the filtering surface, with no uniform holes or slots to plug.

• Adapts to all types of 110mm DWV pipe. Fits any 110mm septic tank ‘T’

• Self locking bristles hold the filter firmly in place, eliminating ‘filter float up’

• Flexible design makes it easy to install in hard to reach places and makes replacing the filter a breeze – no cleaning or rinsing of used filters, simply slide out the used filter and place it in the supplied 4-mil plastic bag, then slide in a new disposable filter

• Constructed of non-directional polypropylene bristles and wound together with a stainless steel core

• The designed shape of the filter creates a debris separation space which naturally sorts debris according to size and mass. This space also ensures even filter usage for a long lifespan and maximises the Bristle Filter’s circular flow

• The standard Simtech passive septic tank filter can be manifolded together in multiples of up to 6 or over 22,700 LPD. These systems are designed for advanced residential and commercial septic system applications
