• Q3 and Q4 which are unimportant need to be eliminated.

• Many people spend time in Quadrant 3 thinking it is in Quadrant 1. Hence they reacting to these quadrant assuming they are also important.

• So Quadrant 3 and 4 need to be eliminated from your schedule first of all
