1. Shady was introducing his invention to a 'Birds Unlimited'
convention. He explained that he developed a special insulation for
high powered electrical lines. This insulation is guaranteed to
save thousands of birds who unwittingly land on the lines and
are electrocuted each year. Shady
claimed that with all the birds saved, the annual summer
mosquito problem would practically
disappear. As Shady was appealing for donations, Captain Frank,
an avid bird lover, stood up
and told Shady to peddle his line elsewhere.
What was wrong with Shady's claim?
2. Mr. Green, Mr. Red, and Mr. Blue were at the 'Soul-Ace_Hotel'
having a drink. One man was
wearing a red suit; one a green suit; and the other a blue suit.
"Have you noticed," said the man in
the blue suit, "that although our suits have colors
corresponding to our names, not one of us is
wearing a suit that matches our own names?" Mr. Red looked at
the other two and said, "You're
absolutely correct."

3. In our calendar some months have 30 days and some months have
31 days.
How many months have 28 days?
4. While reading an article on slaughterhouses, Mrs. Shady fell
asleep and dreamt she was a
chicken on a large farm. She dreamt that the farmer caught her
and put her neck on the
chopping block. Just as the axe was descending Mr. Shady walked
into the room and touched
the back of her neck to awaken her. The shock was so great she
died instantly.
Is the anything wrong with this story?

Answers:
1.Birds landing on electrical lines are not grounded to
anything, therefore they are never electrocuted.
2. Since none of the men are wearing the color of suit that
corresponds to their names, and Mr. Red was
replying to the man in the blue suit, it had to be Mr. Green to
whom he replied. We then know that Mr. Green
is wearing a blue suit. Therefore, Mr. Red is wearing a green
suit and Mr. Blue is wearing a red suit.
3. All of them !!
4. Since Mrs. Shady died in her sleep, there is no way of
knowing what she was dreaming.
