  • Instructions:

    Baltic Birch Plywood 1/8 inch thick

    Baltic Birch Plywood 1/4 inch thick

    Use spray adhesive to bond the picture to

    the 1/4 inch Baltic Birch plywood. Follow the

    instruction on the can for a permanent bond.

    Use the spray adhesive to bond the jig saw

    template the 1/8 inch Baltic Birch Plywood.

    Place the template board on top of the

    picture board. Use clear box tape to

    completely wrap the sandwich of boards.

    Simply cut the pattern on your scroll saw one row

    at a time. Reassemble the puzzle as you go unless

    you want the challenge when you finish. After all the

    pieces are cut lightly sand the pieces and you are

    ready to give the puzzle as a gift or enjoy it yourself.
