With your help and support, the Little Sugar CreekGreenway can be built and a name made forCharlotte/Mecklenburg. When complete, the greenwaywill feature 12.5 miles of paths, habitats and flowingwater from Cordelia Park just north of uptown, throughthe Midtown Square area to the South Carolina line,conveniently linking CPCC, CMS and the Park Roadand Carolina Place shopping areas. A space for quiet

reflection or a social hot spot, the greenway will be builtwith the diversity that is Charlotte/Mecklenburg in mind.The walker, jogger, tourist, nature lover, bench sitter orsocialite will delight in this path that connects us all.

We’re prepared. We’ve taken concepts developed 30years ago, applied today’s thinking and technology andnow have a progressive greenway master plan. We’repoised to lead the South as a model of successful urbanand suburban development. All we need is you.
