Users' roles determine the reports and notifications they see.

Provision all users in OHSIAMS Oracle Identity Self Service. Learn more.

On the Home page, click study settings and select Open Settings.

Click the Users tab.

Click Create User and fill in the fields, then add study team members.

Note: If you're using study roles to assign roles to users at the sponsor or CRO, follow step-by-step help.

Add depots (done by clinical supply manager)

You typically create all depots when you're preparing for study verification, though you can createProduction and Training depots later when you’re preparing for study go-live.

Click the Depots tab.

On the left, select a mode, and create depots for all modes. If you already used a depot in aprevious study, use the search field to find it. When you select it, certain fields willautomatically appear.

Tip: If you're getting the study ready for verification in Testing mode, you can activate yourTesting depots now.

Add sites (done by site manager)

You typically create all sites when you're preparing for study verification, though you can createProduction and Training sites later when you're preparing for study go-live.

Click the Sites tab.

On the left, select a mode, and create sites for all modes.

Note: You can only delete a site if its status is New.

Study settings

Specify subject settings (done by study manager)

On the Home page, click study settings and select Open Settings.

Click the Subject Settings tab.

Along the top, select a mode, and fill in the fields.

Near the upper-right corner, click Apply Changes and click Apply to Production or Applyto All Modes.

Specify supply settings, create resupply strategies, and create blinded groups (done by clinical supply manager)

On the Home page, click study settings and select Open Settings.

Click the Supply Settings tab.

Specify supply settings: On the left, select a mode, and fill in the fields.

Tip: If you're working to verify the study in Testing mode, define settings for Testing. Ifyou're preparing to go live with the study in Production mode, define settings for bothProduction and Training. (We won't keep telling you this, we promise.)

Create resupply strategies: On the right, select Min/Max Resupply or PredictiveResupply.

Configure the device service for IoT - enabled devices (done by study designer)

When a study dispenses devices, you must establish a connection with Oracle Health SciencesmHealth Connector so that the data collected from the devices can be sent to the appropriateapplication.

On the Home page, click the study settings button on the study you want to edit andselect Open Settings.

Below the study name, click the Device Service tab.

Fill in the fields, and click Apply Changes.

Tip: Unlike other tasks in Study Settings, this task needs to be done only one time for anentire study.

Create lots, assign kits to them, and combine them as needed (done by clinical supply manager)

On the Home page, click either the Testing Mode button (for study verification) or thename of the study (for study go-live).

Along the top, click Supplies.

Click the Inventory tab.

Create lots: In Lots, on the right, create manufacturing lots (and blinded lots, if needed).

Assign kits to manufacturing lots: Filter and select kits, and add them to lots.

If using blinded lots, combine manufacturing lots into blinded lots: Dragmanufacturing lots into blinded lots.

Create label groups, and assign kits to them (done by clinical supply manager)

Stay on the Inventory tab and expand Label Groups on the right.

Create label groups: If the study requires them.

Assign kits to the label groups: Select a kit type, filter and select kits, and select the labelgroup on the right.

Activate depots (done by clinical supply manager)

On the Home page, click study settings , and select Open Settings.

Click the Depots tab.

On the left, select a mode, and activate depots for the mode.

If you're preparing for study verification, you may have already activated depots for Testingmode.

Release kits to depots (done by clinical supply manager)

On the Home page, click the pencil button for your study.

On the Testing version (for study verification) or the Approved version (for study go-live),click the menu button and select View Study Design.

Along the top, click Supplies, and click the Inventory tab.

Click the kit type to release.

Select the kits to release, update the fields in Kit Settings (including changing their statusesto Available), and update the kits.

Open a cohort (done by study manager)

When do I do this? Just before you activate a site, open the first cohort. After the limit for a cohort is reached, make sure you open the next cohort, orrandomization errors will occur for site users.

On the Home page, click study settings and select Open Settings.

Click the Subject Settings tab.

Along the top, select a mode.

Scroll to the Enrollment Settings, expand Cohort, and click a toggle to the left of a cohortto open it.

Assign a study version and resupply strategy to each site (done by site manager)

On the Home page, click study settings and select Open Settings.

Click the Sites tab.

On the left, select a mode.

Select a study version for each site: In the Study Version column.
