• In 2018, we transferred THB 10.3 billion of JV projects (+53.4% YoY).

• THB 1.1 billion “Share of profit from investments in joint ventures” was recognized in 2018, above

original guidance at THB 700.0 million.

• As of 31st March, JV condo backlog recorded at THB 41.3 billion and a schedule of revenue recognition

is shown in the below table.
