Mr. Terry Chandler is a pioneer in the Power Quality industry. His career in Power Quality Engi-neering began in the 1970’s as systems application engineer for automatic test systems.
Mr. Terry Chandler has more than 30 years experi-ence in the Power Quality Industry. He focuses on measuring, doumenting and consulting on Power Quality Situations in North America and Asia.
Mr. Terry Chandler was one of the founders of ONEAC Inc a pioneer in the Power Conditioning market and Reliable Power Meters Inc where they developed the first PQ instrument that could record all PQ and energy parameters simultaneously pioneering the digital signal processing technology in Power Quality Monitoring instruments.
Mr. Terry Chandler founded Power Quality Inc (USA) and Power Quality Thailand Ltd. He has written more than 100 technical papers on various aspects of Power Quality and taught hundreds of electric utility engineers and facility engineers the various aspects of Power Quality.
In 2003, Mr. Terry Chandler joined Dranetz Inc as the Manager of Asian business for Dranetz where he and his Power Quality organiza-tion provide Sales Management, Marketing Services, Regional repair center, Technical support, user training for the Dranetz products and services.

Ultra Low Energy (ULE) application requirements by introducing optimized communication methods. Identified with low power consumption, low latency, long range, moderate data rate and value-added complementary voice capabilities, ULE is the best-of-class technology which represents the next evolution in home networking.ULE is based on DECT which is the de-facto standard for residential and business cordless phone communications worldwide.
Why ULE? ULE is the simplest and cheapest technology solution for the implementation of Home Automation, Security and Climate Control scenarios in residential and enterprise environments.
Today we can assume the install base of DECT telephony is widespread and commonly available in both residential and enterprise environments.DECT telephony can be available in different forms:- Analog: stand-alone DECT base with single or multiple handsets- IP: DECT/CAT-iq base integrated into a Home Access Gateway, with a variety of IP backhaul possibilities e.g. ADSL/ Fibre/Cable, in conjunc-tion with single or multiple handsets.
ULE is a really flexible Ultra Low Energy technology. Due to the low amount of data to be transmitted, node devices power consumption largely depends upon the sleep/ awake ratio.
