Q&A With VaporCorp January 7th, 2014 I recently had the chance to ask a few questions to Kevin the CEO of a company named VaperCorp. Vapercorp is the company behind such wildly popular brands as Krave and Smoke51. VaporCorp is also the only “pure-play” publicly traded company in the e-cig industry. Let’s see what Kevin has to say. 1.) How do you feel about impending FDA regulations in regard to vaping. And are you or your company doing anything to fight it? We are anxiously anticipating regulatory clarity from the FDA. We are very encouraged by the fact that the FDA is taking the time to evaluate electronic cigarettes so carefully, reviewing all of the studies being done on the products themselves, as well as the impact that the products are having on both smokers and nonsmokers alike. With the vast majority of the data coming out continuing to be positive, coupled with comments from the director of the FDA indicating that regulations will be based on science, we are optimistic the FDA will not seek to over regulate electronic cigarettes, but instead will create the proper regulatory framework to benefit the public interests. 2.) Personal story, Were you a smoker? how has vaping effected your life? I am not and never have been a smoker. However, I have had family members, friends, and loved ones who smoke or have been affected by smoking. My grandfather actually had a laryngectomy and had to use a battery operated speaking device. Growing up I’m not sure I understood how lucky he actually was to have had cancer in his voice box—which could be removed—and not in his lungs. Sadly enough, most of his children continued to smoke back when it was “normal,” and only until recently after his passing has everyone finally realized they don’t want to follow in his footsteps and have eventually quit smoking altogether. Now that I am so actively and directly involved in the “anti-smoking” movement it definitely makes me feel good to be able to offer anyone who smokes an alternative to inhaling all the carbon monoxide, ash and chemicals from traditional cigarettes.

Q&A With VaporCorp January 7th, 2014

I recently had the chance to ask a few questions to Kevin the CEO of a company named VaperCorp.

3.) Vapor Corp is clearly a “large scale” e-cig company. Do you do have plans on doing anything to cater to the more “hobby” vapers of the community. We have built our business one customer at a time and have been a pioneer in the industry back before anyone in the U.S. had ever heard of an “e-cig.” All of our customers back then were probably self-proclaimed hobbyists, and “vaping” was their new hobby—trying, testing, tasting and being part of that first new group was part of the allure. Today that has evolved and continues as we develop newer, better, and smarter vaporizers. We definitely have the hobbyist in mind and hope to recapture those customers who continue to look for the newest, best products and want to be the first ones to give them a try. 4.) What has Vapor Corp done to stand apart, or innovate in an industry where most big vendors are selling similar products? Over the past five years we have been an industry leader and have offered the most up-to-date products available. This includes what will probably be the most important improvement to date: our patent pending soft tip filter, which revolutionized electronic cigarettes and finally gave consumers the closest experience to a traditional cigarette as possible. We are continuously making improvements to our products’ look, feel, performance and taste, and our products speak for themselves. Similar looking products will always exist, but the customer experience is definitely what will set us apart and keep them coming back.

Thank you so much to Kevin and all of VaporCorp for taking the time to answer my questions
