INTRODUCTION
Quality circles is the result of interaction
between the American statistical method of
Quality control and Japanese organizational
practices.
Japanese were the first to introduce Quality
circles later adapted by American companies like
Lockheed and GM.
Responsibility of Quality circles is not restricted
to a few Engineers only but to every employee.
