The QMI.net system is an advanced, patented, earthquake, gas, and water leak

detection and automatic shutoff system. The system features modern, state-of-the-

art technology with old-fashioned pricing. It is a network-enabled system that will

shut down the appropriate valve whenever a sensor detects a leak. The gas valve will

shut whenever a gas sensor detects gas, the water valve will shut whenever a water

sensor detects water, and both valves will shut when the earthquake sensor detects

an earthquake.

This low-cost, high-tech system is very easy to install. It is a state-of-the-art modular

system with all components communicating wirelessly to the controller. This custom

2-way RF system provides a secure, reliable communication between the controller,

valves, and sensors.

A liquid crystal display on the controller allows you to monitor each sensor

individually. If a sensor detects a problem, the display clearly tells you which sensor

has detected the problem and what the problem is.
