The phantoms

are designed

to maintain

the accuracy

and consistency of ultrasound scanning

equipment. Image quality indicators measure

the performance characteristics that affect

the diagnostic value of the ultrasound image.

Our phantoms may be used to measure

depth of penetration, vertical and horizontal

distance accuracy, image uniformity, axial

and lateral resolution and the system’s

ability to accurately display negative

contrast objects and differentiate between

different contrast densities.
