TEST PLAN

•Test Plan may be prepared consisting of various test required to be done on various material and products

•Shall be part of the contract agreement or may be prepared after word jointly with the contractor before the commencement of the work

Monitoring of tests

• Regular monitoring of various tests to be done as per test plan and actual test carried out

• Calculation of Standard deviation of test results monthly or at some convenient frequency

• Advance planning of tests to be carried out in week

• Weekly/ Monthly meeting with the contractor

• Training to site supervisors at site

Site Labs / Outside Labs• List of equipment to be clearly Mentioned

• It shall be related to work

• It shall be just adequate

• For less frequent test outside lab to be prescribed

• List of approved Outside lab shall be there in the tender document
