Track Appraisal Progress

For Administration Teams(Primary and Secondary Care)

Tracking appraisals

• Log on to SOAR• Select the ‘Interview’ link on the left

of the page to get search functionality

• You can filter your search by:– Interview status– Form 4 status– Form 5 status

Interview Status

• ‘Unconfirmed’ – Appraisal Forms not submitted and Confidentiality Statement not yet accepted

• ‘In progress’ – Appraisal Forms have been submitted

• ‘Completed’ – Interview complete, Form 4 (summary) signed off

• ‘5A’ – Exemption from Appraisal form submitted

SOAR Reports

• There are a number of SOAR Reports which you may find helpful– Appraisees due MSF/PSQ– View Interviews by specific dates– Number of Appraisals in specified periods– And many others: click “Reports” on menu

• If there is a report you need but we don’t have on SOAR – contact us!
