The right plastic pallets for your logistics processes
The comprehensive pallet portfolio includes half, euro and
industrial size pallets. The five pallet families offer suitable
solutions for every application. Craemer reusable plastic
pallets are proven a million times over and can be found
in many closed-loop systems where automisation, process
security as well as cleanliness and hygiene play important
roles. The customers come from a variety of industries - from

established using evenly distributed loads (bagged goods, E2 boxes for EURO H1) along the longitudinal sides, resting on two supports for

Electrically conductive materials are ideal for the transportation of electrostratic sensitive
components. Static electricity or electric fields can result in electric charging. The following
discharge (electrostatic discharge, short: ESD) can cause a short, high-voltage electrical
impulse and damage sensitive components. The material used for Craemer ESD pallets is
modified with additives, offering reliable protection and making them an ideal supplement
for conductive boxes.
ESD
Auto-IDEquipping Craemer plastic pallets with RFID transponders (UHF, HF) turns them into
information carriers with huge potential for the entire supply chain. The use of this
technology allows dynamic and flexible data management - even for processes that
have fully exhausted existing identification systems such as barcodes. The benefits
of this technology are manifold, as it offers a high degree of process and cost trans-
parency.

The heavy duty pallet is mostly
used for the transportation
of pallet cages on chain and
roller conveyors. Once placed
on the conveyor line, the
dimensionally stable load
carrier is fully accepted by the
automated systems and runs
exceptionally smooth thanks

Since making the switch to
durable Craemer plastic pallets,
the automated intralogistic

Despite the high daily loads
the load carriers remain fully

Material
Craemer plastic pallets from virgin material are made
from high-quality HDPE. This material offers high
impact resistance, stability and durability. Compared
to other plastics, HDPE can be used without breakages,
even at low and sub-zero temperatures. It convinces with
high resistance to acids, alkaline solutions and chemicals.
Craemer focuses on quality and sustainability. This begins with the general orientation of
manufacturing durable and reusable products using only pure, high-quality HDPE that has been
tested to high quality standards.
Virgin Material
Regranulate
Plastic pallets made from regranulate offer first-class quality.
The regranulate is made from melted down high-quality HDPE,
from which all impurities have been filtered out during the
treatment process.
With this material philosophy we clearly distinguish ourselves
from the market, as other materials such as „recyclates“ (not
pure) or mixed plastics from the German dual system (post
consumer waste) are often used.
The processed regranulate convinces with:

Thanks to state-of-the art washing and production
facilities we are able to offer regranulate with a high level
of purity. We only use high-quality raw materials from
sources we know.

By adhering to strict production guidelines and internal quality
controls we guarantee consistent quality of our regranulate and
thus consistent product quality. .
We understand future-oriented and sustainable management
as part of our responsibility. One aspect of our comprehensive
customer service is therefore the redemption of products that
are no longer fully functioning due to age/use.
Talk to us when the time has come to dispose of old Craemer
products. It is a good contribution to sustainability to return
these high-quality materials to the material cycle.

When planning and implementing product inspections, Craemer draws on its in-house expertise:
All the necessary testing facilities are available in our own laboratories. During the incoming goods
inspection, product testing and initial sample inspection, our qualified team ensures that all items
are of the required quality.
Quality Assurance with In-house Testing Facilities

All plastic pallets are tested according to ISO 8611 as well as
internal testing criteria. The assessment of a new pallet
consists of the following tests:
O Visual inspection, processing quality
O Pallet weight, main dimensions (target/performance
comparison)
O Corner drop test from different heights of up to 4 m at
+25 °C, +40 °C and -20 °C
O Roller conveyor test, e.g. with 1.000 kg load over 60 km
O Fork lift impact test
O Ball drop test at -20 °C with 5 kg weight from a height
of 1.5 m
O Dimensional stability in changing climates
O Labelling, wetting bath for ageing simulation
O Internal pressure test for welded pallets
O Lift truck test, widening of runners at room temperature
and at -20 °C
