Analyzis membrane potential (polarized, depolarized)to show the integrity of the mitochondria.
Mitochondrial activity
Assesses the oxidation status of the sperm by measuring the reactive oxygenspecies: H2O2, HOCI, ONoo.
Oxidation Molecule D
This assay measures the intracellular level of Reactive Oxygen Species H2O2,HOCI, ONoo needed for sperm function but that are harmful at a high level.
Oxidation Molecule H
Monitor the integrity of the acrosome and of the membrane, simultaneously.
