Q ANGLE ROLLS

Alpha Series

Alpha machines consist of 3 driving rolls with a double independent roll ad

justment. This series has linear slides allowing less stress on the body of

the machine compared to traditonal orbital systems. All electric machines

also offered in certain models.

DS Series

The DS series roll benders have been designed to compete and surpass

most units in today's market. You will be surprised on the cost of such a

unit. These units have 3 driving rolls and can be used in the vertical or hori

zontal positions. Units are available with mechanical stops, digital display

with digital programming stops or CNC control capable of bending a pro

file with multiple radii in a single pass.

DS 200 Series

The DS 200 is cutting-edge technology of SAF bending machines and com

bines high power with high performance at an incomparable market price.

A careful design process led to the manufacturing of a product suitable for

the heavy bending field which does not require a pit.

Delta Series

Delta machines consist of 3 driving rolls with a top roll adjustment. The

two bottom rolls can be manually positioned into different configurations

making this machine versatile in special profiles that a traditional roll

bender cannot be used in. Shaft diameters range from 2" up to 8". All elec

tric machines also offered in certain models.

Slalom Series

The Slalom bending machines can be equipped with up to 6 driving rolls

and two bending rolls for left and right bending capabilities of round

tubes, pipes and special profiles. The Slalom60 can be equipped with a

tube turning device, allowing you to also bend 3D shapes when bending

round tubes.

Alpha 200 Series

The Alpha 200 has 3 driving rolls and was designed with space limitations

in mind. Not only does it have technical solutions of the latest generation

for a new constructive approach, but also special attention to all those as

pects sometimes not considered, such as: ergonomics, work height, ma

chine handling and transport, energy consumption, normal maintenance

operations, tooling costs and operator interface. Larger units also avail

able.


Q PLATE ROLLS

2 Roll Plate Benders

Designed and manufactured to bend thin materials, these machines can

produce small diameter cylinders at high production rates. Hardened and

ground steel top roll with a large diameter high density urethane bottom

roll assures a high output of over 1,000 pieces per day.


The 4 Roll design is one of the easiest plate rolling machines to operate.

With this machine you can pinch the plate between the 2 central driving

rolls, pre-bending the leading edge, roll the section and finishing off with

the trailing edge all in one direction and in 1 single pass. The plate is kept

square, without slippage, during the pre-bend and roll operations.

3 Roll Variable Geometry Benders

This line is the perfect solution whem working with thick plates. As you

bend thicker plates you face a lot more challenges involving the amount of

straight section which is typically overseen on a traditional plate bending

machine. The two bottom rolls move laterally, the top roll vertically which

allows this system to work as a press with a variable V die.


This is the newest evolution in the field of hydraulic plate bending ma

chines. Three driving rolls with double pinch capabilities allows the cus

tomer to pre-bend the plate on both sides without having to remove the

plate and turn the plate around. All components are of the highest quality

which can be found in most countries around the world.

Vertical Plate Benders

The vertical system is a unique process which allows you to bend sheet

metal for tank shells or similar products while the machine is upright.

These machines can be configured with work cells allowing you to feed the

material from a coil stock, bend it and cut the section which reduces time,

labor and space area.

Blue Bender Series

The ALL-ELECTRIC Blue Bender series are machines that offer fast and ac

curate bending solutions. This machine is driven by servo drive motors

which precisely positions each axis for repetitive bending. This unit has a

low energy consumption, only using the motors when the machine is ac

tively running production, which saves you money!

PM Guimadira Series

Looking for a low cost, high quality Press Brake? Then the PM Series is the

machine for you. This series was designed and made for average bending

scenarios offering a quick and cost effective solution. 148 tons up to 242

PH Heavy Series

OJ COLD SAWS

Pivot Cold Saws

Quantum offers circular cold saws between 10" up to 14" in blade diam

eters. Our double anti-burr vice system allows you to secure the cutting

section on the right and left side of the part. These units have a head rota

tion so you can cut sections at 45 degrees left or right. Available in manual

and semi-auto.

Semi-Automatic Double Column Saws

Similar features as the manual style double column saw but with the added

capabilities of head cylinders for the up and down movement by means of

a push button. The Semi Automatic also allows you to control the up and

down movement with a flow control descent valve.

Non-Ferrous Semi-Automatic Saws

Our Non-Ferrous systems allow you to cut hollow or solid aluminum sec

tions, providing you with a clean burr-free cut. This version is available in

manual or semi-automatic using a carbide tip blade at 3,000 RPM.

Manual Double Column Saws

The double column system is a machine that allows you to bring the head

down in a vertical movement instead of a pivot movement. These systems

are made stronger with more support of the head up and down move

ment. These saws are available between 12.5" up to 14.5" in blade

diameters.

Fully-Automatic Double Column Saws

Need a programmable saw? Look no further- this 14.50" series fully auto

matic saw allows you to input the number of cuts required. No need for air

as this saw uses a self contained hydraulic system along with an accurate

ball screw system on the feeding unit.

Non-Ferrous Fully-Automatic Saws

Looking for a high production Non-Ferrous saw? This programmable unit

allows you to store multiple cut lengths on the same piece. Clean, accurate

and precise! We use a ball screw system on the feeder allowing better po

sitioning accuracy than most saws offered in today's market.

OJ CUTTING LINES

Automatic CNC Cutting Lines

Cutting lines for 90 degree cuts, suitable for round, square, rectangular tubes and solid bars.

14" Diameter blade, with a round tube cutting capacity of 4", square at 3" and rectangular tubes at 2.25" x 3".

These machines can be equipped with an inclined loading system or bundle loading system along with an inverter for variable speeds, which will be beneficial

when cutting different types of metals. The head is controlled by an inclined movement which offers high production cuts using a solid system you can trust.


OJ BAND SAWS

Small Semi-Automatic Band Saws Series

The basic characteristics of these machines is the rigidity of the blade sup

port, flywheel dimensioning, band guides and band stretching. These saws

have been thoroughly studied to avoid yielding of the band saw blade, in

creasing its durability and improving linearity and cut time.

Large Semi-Automatic Horizontal Band Saw Series

Powered head rotation double column saws used in cutting medium to

large bars and sections. It's sturdy structure and vertical arc sliding on two

columns provide the machines with the required stiffness and cutting ac

curacy.

Automatic Double Column Band Saw Series

Medium Semi-Automatic Band Saw Series

Efficient Semi-Automatic band saw machines with excellent cutting accu

racy, used in cutting medium sized to large solid bars. High-capacity band

blade controlled by a motor with an inverter and special reducer. Strong

blade guides with tight stress-raised bearings and adjustable widia tips.

Band stretching is obtained by electro-mechanical blade tensioner with a

microswitch for blade rotation. Safety device on the flyewheel in case of

blade breakage.

Automatic Pivot Style Band Saw Series

Automatic CNC hydraulic band saw performing cuts from 0° to 60° to the

right and is produced according to the current safety standards. The

equipment can store up to 9 programs, each of them can store up to 99

steps for a total of about 890 cutting positions with a programmable piece

counter.

Automatic CNC band saws performing 90° cuts and produced according to current safety stan

dards. The equipment can store up to 39 programs, each of them can store up to 60 steps for a

total of about 2,340 cutting positions with a relevant piece counter.

SM GuimAdira Series GH Versatile Series

Do you need an affordable solution for cutting your plate? Then the SM

swing style series is the shear for you! Cut from .157" thick with a thin

sheet metal support table up to .50" mild steel.

The GH series is a swing style cutting machine which allows you to adapt

each cut to your specific needs through careful selection of options. Basic

to full automation is available for this unit and cutting sizes from

GV Heavy Duty Series

Will you be cutting long, thick sheets or plates? The GV Heavy Duty Series

is the way to go. These machines are vertical cutting shears that are ca

pable of cutting up to 1" x 20' plates.


Q HORIZONTAL PRESSES

One of the World's Most Compact 10 Ton Hydraulic Horizontal Benders

This hydraulic bender is lightweight at only 176 lbs (without tooling) and compact - and therefore mobile. You can even take it to a job-site if needed.

Despite its handy dimensions, the horizontal press has 10 tons of pressure. This corresponds to bending a flat bar at a max of 4" x .50" for mild steel. Quick ad

justable stop allows bending accuracy in the 0.1 mm range. The hydraulic device is a separate unit (included) and is connected with two quick release hoses and

electrical cord. This unit will be equipped with a "V" die and "PUNCH".
