Responder Service
• Initial responder staff can be based remotely
in an office or mobile (GPS)
• Alerts will go to next responder after an
allocated time if not picked up (e.g. 30
seconds)
• Access care plans and current up to date
information to provide the most appropriate
response.

• 50 Support Users in North Lanarkshire, East Ayrshire, North Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and Quarriers Village & Linstone Housing Association
• E-learning and support in the use of Digital TEC for family, staff and users themselves
• Risk Assessments, Consultation with Mental Welfare Commission, Care Inspectorate and Scottish Fire and Rescue Services.
