Serie di Manipolatori realizzati su misura per lo speci-fico processo di saldatura MIG - TIG - PLASMA -ARCO SOMMERSO, con dimensioni su richiesta del

cliente. Sulla robusta struttura elettrosaldata tutti gli scorri-menti sono realizzati su guide lineari e carrelli a ricircolo disfere per garantire il mantenimento nel tempo di precisioneed affidabilità.La colonna verticale su ralla a sfere ha la possibilità di rota-zione manuale su 360° con fermi in posizione. Il sollevamentodella trave orizzontale è dotato di un dispositivo di sicurezzaanticaduta che lavora forzando un innesto d’acciaio su cre-magliera elettrosaldata su tutta l’altezza della colonna verti-cale. Il movimento della trave orizzontale (e del carro nellaversione SLIDE) è gestito da motore controllato ad invertercon velocità regolabile da 150 a 2000 mm/min. Sulla colonnaè montato il quadro elettrico che raccoglie l’interruttoregenerale il pulsante di riarmo, il pulsante d’emergenza e icomandi di movimento del manipolatore. Tali comandi sonoanche riportati sull’estremità anteriore della trave presso latesta di saldatura.WELDSUB FLOOR è la serie con base fissa a pavimento.WELDSUB SLIDE è la serie con base dotata di ruote per loscorrimento a velocità controllata (range 150-2000 mm/min)su binari (non forniti).

The WELDSUB series are column & boom made ondemand for each type of welding process MIG - TIG-PLASMA – SUBMERGED ARC. On the robust frame

all the movements are on machined guides and balls bearingskids to assure hi precision and a long time life.The column has the possibility to rotate for all 360° inmanual. To set the unit in position there are four clampingscrews on the base.The boom lift mechanism, is also equipped with an antifalldevice by a preloaded spring, pushing a cog into a milledtooth for the entire column length.The boom movement (and the base movement for SLIDEVERSION) is made by an inverter controlled 3Ph motor, for anadjustable speed range of 150-2500 mm/min.The electric box is mounted on the column, and it containsthe controls of the machine. These controls are present alsonear the welding head.WELDSUB FLOOR is the fixed base series.WELDSUB SLIDE is the series of the motorized base on rails(rails not included).

En una estructura robu-sta electrosoldada, todos los desplazamientos se realizan conguías lineales y carros con rodamientos de esfera para garan-tizar la continuidad del tiempo, la precisión y la fiabilidad.La columna vertical con desplazamiento por esferas ofrece laposibilidad de una rotación manual de 360º con parada enposición. La subida de las vigas horizontales está dotada deun dispositivo de seguridad anti-caída que trabaja presio-nando un inserto de acero sobre una cremallera electrosol-dada y actúa sobre toda la altura de la columna vertical.El movimiento de las vigas horizontales ( y del carro en laversión SLIDE) se realiza con un motor inverter y con unavelocidad regulable de 150 a 2000 mm/min.Sobre la columna va montado un cuadro eléctrico que inclu-ye: el inerruptor general, el pulsador de rearmado, el pulsa-dor de emergencia y los comandos del desplazamiento delmanipulador.
