Hospital Management Data Collection

Hospital Management Readership data were gathered via mail questionnaires between December 2014 and March 2015 as well as an online survey in February 2015. A portion of the sample received an original mailing in December and a follow-up in January, while the other portion of the sample received an email invitation to an online survey in February.
