After�inserting�the�name�and�press�the�OK�button�you�need�to�place�the�mouse�cursor�on�the�menu�set no resettable parameters�and�send�the�command�(right�click�on�it)�to�store�the�configuration�in�the�relay�memory.

ETHERNETInside�of�menu�is�possible�to�read�and�change�settings�regarding�Ethernet�parameters:IP host address � � Relay�IP�addressIP net mask � � � Relay�netmask�addressIP gateway� � � � Relay� gateway� adress� (usefull� for� connection� to� external�� � � � network�or�between�2�or�more�network).

With�the�same�procedure�just�now�described�to�change�the�relay�reference�name,�after�inserting�data�and�confirming�with�OK�button�you�need�to�place�the�mouse�curso�on�the�menu�set no resetta-ble parameters�and�send�the�command�(right�click�on�it)�to�store�the�changed�configuration�in�relay�memory.

Checking IP-address

To�check�an�IP�address�is�possible�to�execute�these�commands:Start�a�DOS�session:�“Start�->�Programs�->�Prompt�MS-Dos”�or�“Start�->�Run�->�CMD”Type�the�command�“ping�-n�10�200.1.1.225”�->�Enter[1]

The�communication�is�working�properly�if�you�get�the�message�“Reply�from...”;�otherwise,�if�you�get�a�message�as�“Request�time�out”,�you�need�to�change�configuration.

Close�the�DOS�session�typing�the�command�“exit”.

setting the serial numberThe�serial�number�of�relay�is�changable�from�the�menu�command \ set Params \ set serial number.

After�changing�the�serial�number�and�confirm�with�“Enter”�key,�you�need�to�put�the�cursor�on�the�menu�set serial number�and�send�the�command�(right�mouse�click)�to�save�the�modificed�configu-ration�in�the�relay�memory.

Note � In the example you are checking the transmission of pocket with a device with IP adress 200.�.2.24�.

Starting configuration:Relay�IP�address:�127.0.0.1�(default�setting)Relay�directly�linked�to�PC�using�cross�network�cable�or�è�collegato�al�PC�direttamente�tramite�cavo�incrociato�o�indirectly�through�network�switch.

Desired IP address:200.1.2.186

The�sequence�of�actions�to�be�made�is:Take�note�of�the�relay�serial�number,�in�this�example:�183247Take�note�of�the�model�and�of�the�software�version,�in�this�example:“PRON-NV10P-E00-s”;�infor-mation�are�available�on�display�in�menu�read / infoRun� Thyvisor� (properly� installad� together� with� corrisponding� or� most� recent� version� of� Thytro-nicTemplates.exe)

Click�on�the�button�“Manage”�in�the�group�“Network”

Click� on� the� button� “Add� Device”� and� select� the� relays� family� and� the� software� version�(as�per�point�2);�in�this�example:�“PRON”�and�device�“NV10P-EXO-s”.[1]

Note � In case of relay with code E00 select EX0, in case of relay with code E02, select EX2, in case of relay with code M00 or C00 select CX0, in case of relay with code M02 or C02 select CX2, in case of relay with code D00 select DX0,
