Logging into MercySource 2  

1. Go to www.mercysource2.org. 

2. Enter your Username and Password (provided by your Community Office). 

  

                                                 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

Main Menu  

1. After logging into MercySource2, click the REPORTS tile to access the Reports page.  You 

can also click on Reports from the menu at the top of the page.

Conducting A Photo Directory Search  

1. Click on Photo Directory from the Reports page.  

 

  

2. This will open the Members Photo Directory Search Page where you can choose who will be included in the photo directory you are creating.  Click on the downward arrow  in the textboxes (   ) under each category to narrow your search.   For best results, narrow your search by category:  Community, Country, State and City. 

3. Click SUBMIT.

from each category list 

click SUBMIT 

**It will take a few minutes to generate a Photo Directory Results Page**

Photo Directory Results Page   The results page will generate a portable document format (PDF), so display options will vary based on which program your computer chooses to open the results page and which web browser you are using to access MercySource2.      

1. After a few moments, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen asking what you would like to do with the search results. 

2. Click OPEN.

Search: click on magnifying glass and type last name to find results matching search criteria

Zoom In / Zoom Out:  click on the minus  (‐) sign to make page view smaller;  click on the plus (+) sign to make page view larger 

 Print: click on the printer icon to print the Photo Directory Results page 

Save: click on the save icon to specify a location to save the Photo Directory Results page 

 

 

1.  Pay close attention to the bottom of the screen. The downloaded results will appear at the bottom of the screen.  Click on the file name to view the results..

Download: click on arrow to download the document and choose a location for saving

Print: click on the printer icon to print the Photo Directory Results page 

 Full Screen View:  click on the icon to view the results in full screen mode
