Your hearing aid uses an internal NiMH (nickel metal hydride) rechargeable battery.

Using this kind of battery allows you to recharge it continuously in the charger that comes with this Coda hearing aid.

See instructions for recharging the battery on the next page.

Note: if your hearing aid beeps continuously, the battery needs to be recharged.

Your battery is charged using these two connecting leads.

    1. Wipe your hearing aid daily with a tissue or cloth to keep free of dust and debris.

    2. Clean the invisitube periodically. Remove the earbud, and insert the thin end of the cleaning brush into the tube to remove any soil or debris from the tube. Note: for optimum performance, replace the invisitube and earbud every three to six months.

    3. Clean the microphone periodically. Use the thin end of the cleaning brush to remove any lint or debris from the microphone openings.
