Sometimes you need to move locations and therefore need to change devices (fixed/desktop to mobile or mobile to fixed/desktop device) before you’re ready to end the call. Using Call Pull (*11), users can seamlessly move calls between any of their devices without paus-ing the conversation (i.e.without putting the caller on hold/transfer).

Ensure a voice call is active on one of your Comwave Connect devices.

Go to the device you want to pull the call to. For example, if the call is active on your PC/Mac client, and you want to pull it to your mobile device, you need to initiate “Call Pull” from the Comwave Connect Mobile App.

For Call Pull to your PC/Mac client, click on the Client Dialer icon, enter *11 and dial.
