in three distinct ways; through a personalized email, unique URL and customizable Review Us

button. Easily track the status of your requests and read your reviews which are automatically

shown on your Storefront for potential clients to see. Additional features such as automatic email

reminders are available for premium members. There is no easier way to collect and showcase

Step By Step: Review Collector

Get started! 3 easy ways to collect reviews:Under the ‘Reviews’ tab select ‘Request Reviews’

The WeddingWire Review Collector makes it easy for you to request reviews from your past clients

and showcase them for potential clients to read. We've provided you with three distinct ways to

collect reviews on your WeddingWire storefront!

• Under ‘Review Collector’ click the ‘Get Started’ button

• Enter newlywed's name and email address (you can also 'Add from My Events' or

'Import From Contacts,') and click the 'Add' button

• Customize your email template and click the 'Send Email' button to send the request

• Once the email(s) have been sent, Premium members can click the 'off/on' button

under 'Email Reminders' to enable or disable automatic email reminders

Option 1: Request Reviews via email

• Copy the personalized URL in the box provided, and add it to your email signature,

marketing collateral, social media pages and more as a quick way to collect reviews

Option 2: Get your Personalized Review URL

• Click the 'Customize Your Button Color' icon to personalize the color, then click 'Ok'

• Click the 'Get the Code' button and copy and paste the HTML code to your website

or blog to get the quick and easy 'Review Us' button
