HOW IT WORKS

It works by delivering a regular collection of SAP maintenance data at a point in time to ensure that Work Management KPIs are accurate. Snapshots can be taken at different times for each Work Centre within the same plant. The data is securely saved and can then be consumed by BI, BO or mobile applications.

The solution captures the critical KPI information, the data is captured at a point in time, where SAP normally does not remember that point in time. This is usable by the Supervisorsworkbench and all reporting and intelligence platforms connected to SAP. With the availability of this data, it allows for supervisors to focus on their scheduled work by understanding their various KPI's. It highlights key data applied to the work order, making it easy to ensure that the work order is being completed.

HOW IT WORKS

It works by analysing due dates for PMs which have already been created as Work Orders by Maintenance Plans. SAP Maintenance Plans no longer calculate dates once the Work Orders are created, so this tool provides a comprehensive solution to that problem.

The solution utilises the current annual estimate of actual usage rate and calculates from the most recent measurement document. Allows for suppression down but not up (A 250-hourservice will not push out to a 2000-hour service). It makes a recommendation of when a work order could be shifted closer to when it is due, shows when calls are completed out of sequence and when are overdue.

HOW IT WORKS

It works by analysing due dates for PMs which have already been created as Work Orders by Maintenance Plans. It simulates the due dates for work to be completed using definableparameters to highlight to planners and schedulers how PM schedules can be optimised.

This solution removes many of the challenges to utilising Counter Based Plans and therefore allowing for further optimisation on PM Schedules by replacing Calendar based PMs withCounter Based Plans driven by units in which the Failure Modes usually develop.
